Mizuno wait time?

Since the release of the 24 Series everything has been 14-20 days as of right now.  And that includes weekend days in my counting.  I think because the 24 series has been such a hit and in demand that is why were seeing the longer times now.

Could be the specifics of your orders.  All mine have been custom so maybe I just happened to order what they had plenty of stock in (shaft wise).

I ordered a set of 923F with Recoil 95s on 2/9 and the golf shop received them on 2/26.  The shop said it would take 2-3 weeks for custom orders.

I ordered a 6-PW set of 923 HM Pro with MMT 105 on 2/14 and they arrived to me on 3/26. And for the second straight order with Mizuno, the specs were off. In this case, I ordered at D2 SW, and they showed up D4-D5. That is unplayable for me (I tried them to be sure), and rather than dealing with the hassle of trying to resolve it, I dumped the set already. I am done with Mizuno for the foreseeable future.

 

And on that note, may your order show up soon and on spec… 🙂

Honestly, I think I'm done with Mizuno, too. Their customer service and quality control has been terrible the last few years. I'll probably head back to Ping.

I just placed an order for 245. They told me 3 weeks. Hope that winds up being right.

Seems like lots of happy Mizuno owners here, so maybe it’s just bad luck. But my orders with them inevitably take forever, and then show up wrong. So, by that point, I am annoyed, I have been annoying the retailer checking in, and then just don’t want to deal with it. I only bought the HMP as they were so cheap, but wasn’t meant to be.

That's another problem with Mizuno. With other companies you can contact them and check on the order. Mizuno doesn't do that. They kick it back to the retail shop. Their customer service is horrendous, in my opinion.

What needs to be "checked"? 

My experience is that Mizuno is a well organized company and their representatives are able to accurately advise when a customer order will be produced and shipped. In other words, if someone places an order with a retailers for a custom set of Mizuno irons and call Mizuno to ask about ship date, the Mizuno representative  will be able to tell that customer which forthcoming week on which the iron set will ship.

Are you ordering through a retailer? Or directly from Mizuno?  I dont see where you can custom order online directly from them.

 

As to CS, Mizuno has been pretty good on the purchases I had done in the past (through fitter).  Had and issue with Callawy, Titelist and Ping over the years and they all took care of it right away.  Probably just timing with golf season here and demand jumped up hard.

You can call Mizuno direct if you have your PO and they will give you a estimated ship date.

Ordered a custom 923 Hot Metal 4 iron on March 18th through Carl's Golfland.  Called on 4/3 and they said it should ship middle of next week.

Do you have the order number?  If you ordered through someone else you’ll have to get order number so the Mizuno customer service can check for you.

My last order (245’s 4-Pw, Project X LS 6.5)

I placed order on 3-3-24, they accepted order 3-5-24…I received order 3-21-24. 
 

My newest order (245’s 5-Gw, DG Mid 115s)

I placed order 3-22-24, they accepted order 3-23-24…now waiting. 
 

Everytime I’ve called the rep has been good to get information or make changes etc that I requested.

I ordered through GG on the 14th. I was told they would ship the first week of April. Technically, It’s still the first week of April, but I figured that was worst case scenario, not best case scenario.

Placed my order on March 11. Supposedly it shipped from Georgia on April 4. I haven't gotten it yet, so I'll believe it when I see it.

I called today just to check on my order…not that it’s late or anything like that, just to check in. I was told it appears to be scheduled to ship this Friday or a week from today….if it ships Friday that would be 1 day shy of 3 weeks. So I’ll let you know within a week 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

My irons arrived today. 923 Forged w/ MMT 105S. Ordered March 11. 4 weeks from order to delivery. Tomorrow's round will begin my journey into playing with graphite shafts. We'll see how it goes!!!🤦🏻‍♂️😂
