I wanna give the Vice a try.  I have recently played the AVX and B Rx.  I am looking for a ball more firm than soft, mid to low spin off the driver.  I took the ball test on Vice's website and it said Pro Zero but it looked like it might spin too much and have too high a ball flight for me off driver.

Handicap is 8 and avg maybe 265ish or so off the tee.

Having played both those balls and having similar handicap and distance ... I think you will like the Vice Pro.  I have been playing it exclusively for the last month or so with no complaints.

I might give these a try.

Just realized I had a sleeve of Vice Pro Zeros.  It was hidden under a pile of golf towels.  Might as well slap them around for a round.

I just tested the vice pro plus against a few other balls on my YT channel and was really impressed by the numbers.  Seems like a good ball for the price and compared favorably to pro v1.

I play the Vice Pro when I'm not playing the Kirkland V3 (5+1 deal too good to pass up).  My SS is low to mid 90's and the feel and distance I get from these balls is outstanding.  Short game is amazing.  The only ball that even comes close is the Maxfli Tour.  I've played ProV1 and TP5's 2020-2022 and the Vice Pro and Maxfli Tour are better balls.  They are also Cast Urethane like the ProV1 and TP5.

Really like your channel BTW.

Be aware that the price/dozen is $4 more when you buy 3 dozen, vs 5 dozen.

Just the Pro Zero that’s made in a different country, factory, and a different design. The Pro and Pro Plus are right there with any balls QC wise.

It’s just the Pro Zero that’s made by a completely different factory in a different country and has a different construction. The Pro and Pro Plus are very good balls.

I love the Vice pro!! Long and straight with all my clubs however once my greens firmed up I couldn’t hold shots, I had to go back to chrome soft x until my course gets soft again.

I love everything about the Vice Pro but the green side spin. I struggle with roll out with  pitching and chipping when playing vice pro and also holding greens on approach shots when greens are firmer. Theres a very noticeable difference around the greens when playing with a Bridgestone tour B RX and stopping power on approach shots.

I noticed the same as well.  Played my clubs Member - Guest 3 day tournament recently.  Every year they dry out the course, firm up the greens, etc....  Stimp showed them running at about 14 at 7am before play each day - but it was about 100 degrees and my flight teed off at 1 so who knows what they were running at.

I played the Vice Pro on day 1.  It played just fine but I noticed that with the greens setup this way - it was not the ball to be playing.  Pulled out my Bridgestone BXS stash for the final 2 days and a huge improvement around the greens.  Reminded me that finding the unicorn ball for all potential conditions and preferences is a real challenge.

That unicorn ball does not exist.  There's a privately owned public course that I play that keeps their greens at a 12 on the stimp in the morning.  I used to switch to the OG Kirkland 3 pc. because it was soooooo spinny that they were the only balls to hold the green but I had to give up some distance.

This is why I just don't have one ball in my stock.  I have TP5, Vice Pro, Maxfli Tour, Kirkland V3 and Snell MTB-X (Prior version) with the TP5 being the ball with the most spin.  My regular gamer is the Vice Pro.

Just found this thread.  On a whim I bought a box of the Vice Pro Drip.  Ball performed well for me.  Does not spin (for me) as much as a prov1 but it behaves better with driver and long irons so I am willing to give up the spin.

I needed a few more bucks in my amazonian cart so I did the ball fitter on the vice website and have some Pro Plus balls headed my way.  I'll see how those perform in comparison to the others.

The Vice Pro Plus worked very well for me last year, despite having nowhere near the swing speed for which they are recommended. However, testing of the ball by another site indicated inconsistency with the Pro Plus, common to 4-piece balls. Recent testing shows the Pro and Pro Plus almost interchangeable (the Plus longer off the driver, the Pro longer off the irons, spin extremely close for both). Like you, I bought a dozen of the Pro Drip and have been very pleased with the performance and the slightly softer feel.

I’ve played the Pro and Pro Plus in lime green extensively. For me they are very similar in performance, with the pro being softer.

I’ve been playing the Chrome Soft the last couple of weeks and find it to be very similar to the Vice Pro.

Anyone have any experience with the Vice Blue Ice ball? Winter is coming, grass is dormant, thought the Blue Ice might be an option. They're are bit bling bling looking, but could be easier to follow/find.

Well...no responses but I ordered a dozen. Will give a review of the Ice Blue or Blue Ice, whatever they call it, after a round or two next week.

As far as the Vice Pro itself, everything on their site says it's not for me, yet I hit it farther off the tee, and spin it great with my chipping/pitching. I think the whole "which ball for you" formula is crap. I think each person finds their own ball and I just happened to find mine, as in literally, found a Vice Pro and it just got along with me. I never would have bought one based on the online "formula"
