Way different sound darkspeed is very muted. The darkspeed LS is super low spin.

I was getting 1900 or less spin with a 9 degree head. I am very regularly in the mid 2000. So 5-600 less. i would be happy to try a 10.5 and get the launch up a bit and keep the spin in the mid to low 2's.

That fairway looks super clean - wonder if it’s the titanium version. Will definitely be trying it in the spring.

I’ve now hit both drivers. The difference in spin between the two drivers in spin were about 200 rpm’s. That’s it. 
 

The X model will be super popular for a lot of people. 
 

Im going to go with the x model in the 3 wood.

Not to jump in here, but the LTDX is the best driver I've ever owned (and I've owned a ton!!). I started with the LS model and the thing just hit bombs. Longest driver I've ever had, but being the LS it was a touch unforgiving for me. I picked up a standard model, and it's point and shoot. Very forgiving, and I didn't lose any meaningful distance from the LS. I demo'd the Aerojet, but the LTDX was better in every area. I'm looking forward to see if the DarkSpeed can beat it, but I doubt it will. The LTDX is just so good.

I hit both the 8.5 driver and the 13.5 3w yeasterday in a fitting bay.  The 8.5 has a strong triangular shape.  It ws kind of a shock to the system as I wasn’t expecting that.  Numbers were great though and looking forward to getting my own shaft in there.  The titanium 13.5 felt good too.  It’s a little on the large side but It’s also very stable.  Definitely a day one preorder for me.

I really liked the LTDx, I had the 10.5* and set it up at 12*, i still think it comes down to the shaft, since you are pretty much settled on the LTDx, go for it and play with shafts.
