When I check my order status on the website it says. My other item has a ship date but the driver just has a backorder timeframe.

Ordered last Monday on callaway.com.  Arrives tomorrow.

Mine also says the same thing. If that’s the case I’m going to cancel my order. Not going to be able to use it much after September.

I ordered mine (TD Max) the morning pre-orders were available (5/28) in standard everything w/ Mitsubishi Tensei AV Blue shaft 9 degree head. When I ordered, it said 2-3 weeks with shipping starting on 6/7. I received notification from Callaway and UPS a few days later on 5/31 that my order shipped and expected to arrive today (it arrived and currently at my local UPS facility awaiting to be loaded on the truck). 
 

Heard from someone here that these were small batch releases (not sure if it’s true or not). If it’s true, my guess is (reason for the months delay) a ton of orders came in the day they were released with not enough supply to fill the orders or it’s just a standard message in the system and customers should get there’s a lot sooner. Possible too the Denali shaft components may be on backorder.

Ya'll are killing the Callaway customer service number this morning 😂

 

I'm hoping the Mexico assembly plant has TD Max heads set aside for builds as I picked a non-upcharge but custom shaft.

 

Maybe it's just the 'stock' configurations on backorder? Not sure yet.

 

We should all start seeing updated on the order status page today or tomorow.

I was considering ordering a TD MAX head but after seeing y'all flood Cally with orders, I've decided not to order.  I do hope that y'all get your TD MAX in a timely fashion though.  Cally knocked it outta the park by taking all the goodness of both TD and MAX and putting into one package.  You guys will absolutely love it.

My order was placed yesterday around lunch time EST after the 2X email went out so hopefully my order is filled before they run out of heads lol

 

I'm coming from a Paradym Tour so I'm hoping this head will be similar just without the sliding weight track.

I have a shipping confirmation from UPS. I ordered mine from DD'S on 5/28. Hopefully it arrives this week.

FYI; my TD MAX was just delivered at my doorstep this morning. Ordered mine the morning of pre-order date of 5/28 (with free standard shipping) shipped out on 5/31, and arrived today 6/3. Only a 6 day turnaround! Hope you all get yours soon!

I pre=ordered mine, got my tracking number from UPS on 5/28, but it's still showing, "clearance in progress" whatever that means...

Cancelled with fairway golf due to this 2x trade-in at Callaway. Really wanted that tour head but could not beat the value.

 

Ordered a 9 degree w/ Denali Black. Shows 2-3 week delivery.

I ordered a 5 wood on 6/1 with the Denali Blue 70 TX (when I saw the AMEX $100 back offer) and that also says 7/1... So maybe all Denalis then?

Or they hate me (this will be my theory till disproven)

I placed my order late last night for a 9* Max TD with a stock length Denali Blue 60 6.5 and new Winn midsize grip.  Until now, the order read "2 to 3 week backlog.".   Just checking now, it states the driver is expected to ship between 6/3 and 6/10.
