He can definitely hold on to the lead but then again it’s difficult to play that well for 4 days. Just takes one great round from the guys chasing today and an average day from Wyndham and we’re even.

 

If he plays as well today, it’s most likely over.

Not if he keeps hitting fairways. He can get wild off the tee though and if he does so on this course,  he'll go backwards fast.

IMO it is indeed amazing what they did here. Takes a fair amount of "vision" to be able to see that put together. Pete Dye was truly an incredible GC designer.

The pros are smart and thus you’re probably correct as far as going center of the green (with the potential of putting into the water coming back).

 

I can only imagine how many balls would be in the water from ams trying to go pin hunting with the flag there 😅

The equipment argument is so stupid. He was using what was optimal for his game at that time. The equipment wasn’t the reason Norman was a chronic choker
