Undercover Caddie: My player wouldn’t stop cheating, so I quit

FWIW, here's Frost's caddie in '92 - I'd forgotten he won the $1m golf challenge in South Africa 3 times - Frost fits the guy who may have won then shortly after debuted on PGA Tour but the rest seems out of character for what anyone has ever published about the guy.  If the caddie then was Basil van Rooyen, his nickname was "Thirsty" - and not because he could drink more water than anyone else, lol.  If it was him, he's caddied for more high profile names than suggested in the article and there are some other disconnects in his "reporting".  He and Frost are FB friends!  Still say it's all fishy and convenient and paid for recollections, but I sure wasn't there (and don't care!).

I remember Frost being very creative trying to get a free drop at the 1999 Open Championship. At the end he didn't get it.

that would be difficult also but I think they are saying shoes:
