That is interesting about the GT4.  My buddy at the golf store was able to hit these on Monday.  He has never liked the 4 series like I do.. but said the GT4 is the best of the "4" models they have ever made.  Cant wait to hit one.

I'll disagree.   This is NOT doing Titleist things, IMO.   And I mean that in good way.

 

They've historically been a follower when it comes to the adoption of new tech, let alone the introducing it.

It is already in the current fitting carts. We are waiting to hear if it will be offered as a $200 upgrade. Currently, it is listed at $285.

This years innovation is plastic.

 

next innovation cycle I’m predicting balsa wood crowns.  Lighter than carbon or plastic and feels like wood!

That is up to you. You can get the TSR now for a little less in money, or you can wait a couple of months and get the GT for a little more money. Up to you if the “new tech” will be worth wait and more money.
