The anti ho club, longest living club in a WRXer's bag

I've been using a Ram Zebra putter which was made in 1978 I think...which is older than me. I've had it in use in my bag since about 1991 or 1992. Finally put a new grip on it last year, but I'm so used to feel and everything with it, it never comes out of my bag. Haven't played a round with another putter since 91 or 92.

Ive had my r11 driver in the bag since June 2011

 

 

Unfortuantly, thats the case for me also. The father's day R11 has the most seniority in my bag.

 

I do have an old Mizuno MP-001 3 wood that I've had for a lot of years, it makes an occassional appearance.

Oops, I forgot about my SMT Nemisis 8* dr. with an AccuFlex Pro 65S shaft in it. I've had that for as long or longer than the TEE CB1.

Sonartec SS-03 three wood. In the bag since the fall of 2003, though this is a duplicate, as the original was stolen in 2005. I've also reshafted it a couple of times.

My dad has been using his Ping H Blade putter since 1973 or 74... In addition I got paired up with a 2 some a few years ago and one of the guys had an old funny looking putter that went ping on every shot... I asked him if it was a Ping Putter and he said it was the original model he bought back in the sixties... only putter he ever used.. it even had its original grip which he said the guy at Golf Galaxy refused to change since the club should be in a museum...

Scotty Cameron Pro Plat Newport 2, I've had it in my bag since my birthday in May of 2001, so that's what 10 years and 7 months at this point.

That's nothing though, my dad carried a K-Mart special wedge from like 1978 until last December when I got him a new one, If I hadn't bought it for him, he'd still be using the K-Mart wedge!

i've had my driver for 5 years but have been golfing for only 18 months. Bought it in anticipation of learning to golf, but took a new job and had no time for a couple of years.

A pair of Odyssey wedges...........52 and 56 degrees...............with the Lyconite inserts. Been in the bag 10 years. Nothing I have tried since produces either the large amount of spin or control I can put on these babies..........The Lyconite inserts are harder than steel and their is not a mark on them but the surrounding steel is well worn.

Think my father may win this, 85 years old and still playing twice a week with a putter that was built for him a year before I was born and I am 45 years old. An though he he has lost distant with his woods and irons he is still deadly on the greens, aproximately 28-30 put average a round which is not bad.

Prolly my 905 driver taken it out a few times but always have had a ping putter in the bag at any moment

When my Scotty starts acting bad. I put my 35" Ping Answer IsoForce in from the '90s sometime. The one with the "pixel" insert face. Strange feel, good putter!

21* V-Steel. Although the current gamer is a new one I took out of the closet last season. When I put a 3w in the bag its still my original V-Steel. My original still there for range and mat duty in the winter. Back to my Cleveland 900 rtg 60* after 2 or 3 years trying other LW's.
