I picked these up on the TM Trip. We were walking by the Tour Department and there were 3-4 sitting on top of a stack of boxes in the hallway. I said "can't buy those in the store" and our host says "no. You can't. Want one?" He then starts digging though the boxes and pulling out hats of all colors and designs made specifically for their staff pros. He had some of Justin Rise's hats he was offering, but they were too small for me. I got an all white, black/white, and black/gray.

Couldn't believe my luck when I spotted these Icons for sale for £100! That's about $120 dollars. Usually in the UK they are £200 up. Bought them as soon as the guy in the shop said the price. Looking forward to some better weather so I can get out and wear them.

i do have to make sure i'm wearing socks that are higher than the cuff of the shoe though with these or else i get blisters on my achilles

Women's zoom 90 came in size 10.5. Fits exactly like my men's size 9.

I picked up a C4 belt. Made out of recycled snowmobile tracks or something. I bought a neon yellow. Have another one sitting in my amazon cart that looks to be the same belt from another company that is neon green and glows in the dark. Perfect for my night golf round this Friday.

 

 

 

Edit. Glow in the dark belt is from C4. The black one I got for my kid is the one from the other company.

I'm looking to pick up a good rain jacket. I really want a ping tour rain suit, holy crap they are expensive. And I can't find a retailer to save my life anywhere near me. For that kind of money, I want to try it on and make sure it fits me as I am really weird about how clothing fits on the golf course. If it tugs or binds I can't wear it because it gets in my head and then I start feeling claustrophobic. Anyone have any good suggestions for me headed into the raining cold( for Florida) season?

 

Picked some off brand rain gear for $50 off amazon a few weeks ago that arrived last week. Company called Island Green. Not bad looking, and it appears the seals are solid to keep the rain out. I have a hard time getting the guys to play even in drizzle up here (I'm in Iowa), but felt like I was getting rained on at least in 3-4 rounds a year.

 

Anyways, I'm 5'8" about 170 and bought a large. Pants are a little long but nothing too bad and neither pants nor jacket are restrictive. I'll update the post when I finally get a chance to wear them on the course. Expecting snow tonight...so who knows how long that'll be.

Ignored USGA for a bit until I got the $15 renewal offer and for another $10 got a membership for my daughter, which means for $25 two cool hats with shamrocks and two pocket sized rule books - bargain.

How's the sizing fit on those say compared to adidas?

I also picked up a couple of the new frogger golf latch it holders. Got one for the rangefinder and one for my iPhone.

They work great and I had several catch latch holders already so it allows me to have the phone and the rangefinder on my golfcart and my power/push cart.

 

Definitely a great idea.

Next pickup will probably be one of the BIG amphibian towels.
