Shaft logos: Up or Down?

I'm getting ready to have some PXi shafts installed in JPX 800 Pros. I am on the fence on rather to go logos up or down and was wondering what most people prefer. In my driver I play shaft logo up, grip logo down.

I do not mind them either way but if i am reshafting for myself i like the label up , if i am doing it for another person then it's labels down because i believe the most oem clubs come with labels down or so i thought anyway , but i am sure that there are some here that are very specific about their labels

Wichever way the pure machine spits them out......but prey that on shafts with logos that it comes out down. Lol

Depends on the graphics.

On my RAZR FIT I play both shafts I use Aldila RIP Alpha & Fujikura Motore F3 graphics & grip up.

I play them down, but not because the graphics distract me. Just like the cleaner look.

I agree. I have the YSQ hybrid shaft and the turquoise lettering was too stark of a contrast, so they went down. The Harrison Eclipse I had on my driver went up because of the subtle graphics.

If they don't have a spine, down. If they have a spine, fit the spine and don' worrry about the graphics.

It doesn't bother me either way, but it seems like logo up would draw too many complaints if I tried to sell something on here. So, logo down it is.

For grips, I put the logo down because I do grips on my own and like to leave margin for error.

I like to do label down for shafts and grips. That way I don't have worry about the graphics/logo/etc being perfectly lined up with the clubface in its square position. If they're not perfectly lined up and you can see it, it can be distracting.

That's kind of where I am on it. The PXi shafts are pretty good looking. I may have to go logo up. I am a little concerned about it effecting resale however.

What is the correct postion to fit the spine ? At address, where should the spine be facing ?

PXi Shaft logo down, Iomic grip logo up (for alignment)

Up, all the way. If you're distracted by the logo on a golf shaft, you need to find another sport. If you can't install a shaft/grip straight, you need to find another hobby! Turning the shaft logo down is like stripping the chrome off those $1000 irons cause they're too shiny. Nothing better than those great orange rust stains all over you towels and stuff.

Thanks for all the replies. They are being installed label down. Also, after PMing a couple people that ordered irons with PXi shafts, I found out that if you order PXi shafts in your clubs from Mizuno and Titleist they come installed logo down.

I currently have the shaft logo down and the grip logo up. But I'm about to try FLOing my set. I assume that I'll just take what I get as far a logo location.

Whenever I reshaft my clubs, I put the labels down. It's even become such a thing for me that I also do that for my grips. Some of those logos are so garish that I started doing this to avoid the distraction.
