I have 2. I had to replace an old Callaway bag as the zippers started to fail. I now have a shiny new Srixon stand bag, and an old Addidas carry bag I keep a second set of clubs down south in a plant I visit multiple times during the year.

Buy a bag every 5 years, I use the old (4) bags to hold extraneous clubs. I play around 175 rounds a year, walking with a push cart.

Bags are a dime a dozen any more. No real need to get a new one more than every 3-5 years. Bag tech doesn't change, put $200 towards some wedges or something!!

10-way Callaway carry/stand bag from at least 10 years ago.

 

Needs replacing soon, but I can't make up my mind on what. Don't want to get anything less than my current 10-way divider. But 14-ways seem pretty pricey.

I've bought a lot this year but only keeping one. Been on an obsessive quest to find the perfect bag. It doesn't exist. But 3.5 LS is close.

I keep three in the rotation.

1. Sun Mountain 2.5 for when I play with my walking buddy

2. Sun Mountain 4.5 for when I show up to the course as a single and don't know if I'm walking or riding (do what the group does)

3. Sun Mountain C-130 for when I know I'm riding with my cart golfing buddy.

 

Three or four old staff bags that I pick up at the Goodwill for my extra clubs or the clubs that are in a time out (there is a bunch of those)

Too many that I don't need. Often impulse buy and then go back to reality and change my mind the next week. Currently have about a dozen staff bags and maybe about the same number of carry/stand bags...most used for storage
