As long as you allow them to hold onto your funds. It took me until about the fifth email to finally have someone acknowledge that my order would not be shipping.

Well after the 6th email that I have sent them. And after all their standard replies, " please give it 3-5 more days', they finally apologized for the wait but my order is not fillable. A refund will be sent.

They issued me a refund but also added "if the order arrives, please contact us for a return shipping label". It seems like they totally have no control on when or how they package is sent out. They aren't even sure if the vendor sees their cancellation request!

The only thing I can say is it seems they have multiple distribution centers and some have balls, others do not and the packaging is different. My first order came from a west coast DC and they were shipped as 1 dozen. The second order came from a SE DC and those were the ones that were packaged as 3 4 1.

They sent me the "please give it 3-5 business days for us to process your order" email. Just monday, I told them that my card had been charged and I have not received any notification of them processing the order or any type of update. I said I would contact my credit card company and tell that them it was a fraudulent transaction. Within 5 minutes of sending it, they send me the "we apologize but cannot fulfill your order blah blah blah" and refunded my money. The credit hit my card just today. Had to pull that card since having read that it took a member here 5 weeks to receive a refund/credit.

Emailed Woot this morning asking for an update...had a response in about 30 min saying they ran out of inventory and I would be getting a refund. Bummed because I really like the Lethals and I only have 2 doz left from the first deal. Oh well...

I placed my order almost immediately after Woot posted the new sale, yet it somehow couldn't be fulfilled. Scratch Woot off my list of websites to follow.

It took me 5 emails and a threat to contact local texas police but I finally got my refund. It's sad that you have to threaten them to get action :-)

[/quote]I dont think you have to threaten i just think they are so poorly run from a customer service standpoint that it may take 5 times to get someone to actually open an email. I got 4 different answers from 4 different people when i sent emails. All stock answers trying to get me to go away then finally they said they were refunding me.

Think about it from a different perspective. If just on this one item they held on to $100 from 100 people for a month, they're making interest on that money. Now multiply that by the number of items that they sell that they can't fulfill and you have potentially millions of dollars that we have loaned them and all they do is to return our money to us after they have used it. If anyone wants to send $100 and I'll return it to you in a month or so, feel free to do that.
