Um...it's give me what I ordered, not want and don't forget that they held on to my money for nearly a month and collected interest on it as well.

Your case was unfortunate and I'll side with you on that, but I'm talking about the people who ordered this round and Woot running out of stock on them.

That's exactly what happened.

I think what's going on at woot is their computers are saying one quantity and they are packaged at another quantity (3x the amount). And so the computers processed the orders and then only a third of the orders were being shipped

Emailed them this morning to see if there was an update. Got a response saying that there was an inventory issue and they were sold out. Refund being issued today. Looks like I'll have to wait and see if another one pops up!

I emailed them last night and this morning was told "At this point, we ask that you allow another day or two for the tracking information to update, or for your order to arrive. If you don't see anything within 3 business days, please let us know and we'll see what we can do to help."

My refund showed up on my credit card this morning so all hope of getting what I ordered is lost. I will say that their customer service is terrible, but I guess not having to file a credit card dispute was one nice thing even though it is a pretty painless procedure.

My 3x order showed up today.....ordered 12 doz and got 36 doz.... All brand new lethal practice even tho the invoice said near mint tp3..... So pumped I won't have to buy balls for at least a few years!

Have you considered returning (24) dozen that you didn't pay for so that some of the folks around here can get their order fulfilled?

If your bank fat-fingers multiple zeros before the decimal point, do you tell them, or do you quickly spend the money in hope that they never catch on?

Mine came with yesterday as well. Same 3x order. I received a shipping notice as posted previously in the thread showing the shipping weight at 50.90 lbs for a 12 dozen order. I believe that was last Wednesday.

I received 40 dot balls, 2 dash balls (<-LETHAL->), 2 star balls (<<*LETHAL*>>), 2 balls that had a different arrow on each side of LETHAL than the retail arrow, 1 RBZ Urethane non-practice, and 1 ball that had nothing printed on it other than the word practice. Some random high numbers mixed in. The rest were retail lethal practice balls as far as I can tell. Same thing as others recieved with the last triple order where there were 12 3-dozen packs taped together.

Packing slip said near mint tp3 36 balls packs. Only a few balls with noticeable blemishes. I don't know how you guys deal with over 36 dozen golf balls sitting around. I feel like I'm somewhat overwhelmed with the 25 i have in the closet now.

I keep a few dozen handy, and the rest are still sealed in the shipping box, out of the way in storage in my basement. The mere fact that it is a vast stockpile in the box is what it is. I will use them all in due time.

The more I play the Lethal, the more I like it. Just an outstanding ball.

TeamX you just need a golf ball closet or a golf room. Then it's perfectly logical that you have so many. Think of it as a wine cellar for golf balls.

Guys, I promise the 3X problem doesnt have anything to do with their inventory #'s. From an outside perspective it seems like it would from inventory but their systems count the 3x package as 1. They do not know the items as an actual quantity based on single items or single dozen but a single UPC SKU # based on the prepackaged 3 X amount equating to a single item in their system.

I can assure you if they enter 100 dozen in their offering quantity it started out as 100 prepackaged 3 pack boxes. The reason its falling short is because someone while doing the outgoing pulls, scans, whatever you want to call it X'd out an inventory location thus showing no more quantity thus resulting in the refunds.

When they find those 30 some odd random 3 packs you can bet they will end back up as a $7.99 woot special deal.

(I am still trying to get my contact to give me a clear understanding on the "sent from supplier" reasoning.)
