Continental Golf - Refinishing and More!

Thanks for all of the info so far, I am going to do this. I have a TM R9 Supertri Driver and an R9 3 wood. I am definitely going to do this. Just a quick question: what would be a best estimate for a turnaround time? I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I am just trying to plan some trips south to play, and I obviously cant be without these clubs during those periods. I am not looking for anything too precise, but is it like 2 to 3 weeks? More or less? I just need to find a gap in between trips to send these in, and then come up with something cool to do. I like the matte black finish... but who knows, maybe I could be talked into something a little flashier.

I have used Continental for many years. They have done some awesome wedge refinishing and regrooving. I have duplicate set Callaway wedges and tend to rotate playing and practicing sets, with periodic tune ups at Continental. For the fun of it bought a vokey v grind lob wedge a few weeks ago (after seeing a Wrx thread) and had it sent straight there for refinishing. Should be back in Hawaii any day.

OK wait.. I didn't realize you do shafts as well.. Is this just graphite shafts or can you paint steel shafts?

Gio - We didn't get a chance to try that color yesterday but I will make sure we get it up as quick as possible for you- I am sorry for not getting it done yesterday it was crazy in the shop. I talked to our the guy Thursday when you first asked and he showed me the green we have. I know we can get our lime green to pop a little more but without having the driver in front of me I am not sure we can get it matched great. Either way we will get this posted ASAP to get you the example. I am very sorry again about the delay Gio.

As far as shafts- We can paint graphite and steel shafts no problem at all. Any of our colors can be put on it so if you have something in mind let me know and we can get it done. Again it runs 20 dollars for a shaft painting.]

A new Callaway driver we did in orange. I wanted to show you guys the loft decal which is a replacement we do on clubs. Again we can do custom lofts if you have a favorite number like 55 or 44 for example.

With all due respect, that is not their job. Their job is to paint / refinish your clubs,not to spot a fake and alert the customer.

You're absolutely correct. Just curious if there was a policy. If someone is using their services they're probably a pretty informed buyer.

It is just a satin finish. The customer did not want a painted look on the club so whats what she will look like.

Ok so if I wanted the top and bottom indentations painted with a buffed face I'm looking at 75-15=60?
