i will be curious to see what ping's upgrade pricing is for non-stock shafts if px, etc are offered as stock. when cfs was stock, then $35 for ctaper or $60 for i95s was pricey but not crazy, but those upgrade prices when px or modus are stock start to seem out of line.

I seem to remember the i20's dropping $100 but that was after the i25's had been out a while.

VERY INTERESTING.....

There appears to be a THIRD set in the works. VERY clean GI iron. Stunning. I really hope PING is bringing it to market.

So it turns out after closer inspection that the irons I originally thought were the GMAX, then thought were a THIRD iron to be released, is simply the i-e1 WITHOUT the blue paintfill. Wow.... wish PING had left them clean looking like that. Stunner of a club without the blue.

Why am I getting pics of the i25s?

My glides are only a few months old but are looking new still and they get hit 4/5 days a week with a lot of range time. Can't wait to see these new irons.

So the link works with i25 entered in as the model, it also works with g30. I've tried just about every combination for the new model with no luck. Any hints on what to use for the i-e1?

OK, so I studied the pic of the i-e1 without the blue paint fill. The paint fill areas are not very big at all. 1 letter, and a small streak. There is going to be a 3 very easy solutions for this:

1) If the backing is not plastic, use acetone to remove the paint fill
2) Use an exacto knife to scrape paintfill off the "I", then use white enamel model paint to fill the streak.
3) Use an acetone and q-tip to remove the paintfill off the "I", then use white enamel model paint to fill the streak.

The blue doesn't seem consistent with G30 blue.

They’re way cleaner than I was picturing from the descriptions. Very pleasantly surprised. Seems like everyone is hoping for a clean looking cavity and I don't see how anyone could be disappointed with these.

If youre talking about the ie1, yes, its clean looking...

But the hidden cavity is def. not sitting well with me..it looks just like all the other G.I clubs out there. i much prefer the i25 as theres not an actual cavity.

Yeah after looking it over for a little bit, I lean towards liking the look of the i25 better too.
