It seems like TMag is incorporating that Adams technology into the drivers pretty well...I wonder how deep this driver could go.

I game a Jetspeed...and the speed pocket on that is minuscule to this one, cant wait to try it out

maybe the hosel shown is just for trial clubs for a quick shaft change ?

Is that iron hosel fluted? Adaptor of some sort?

I didn't notice that til you said something. Looks weird.

It's a method to further move mass around in the head.

It does not make sense for it to be a fit change tool, as the picture seems like a press release pic. Would moving the mass to the heel like that create a draw bias?

It's not moved to the heel per-say, they are removing weight from the hosel using those fins and then placing it elsewhere as needed to move CG around.

Well, I guess those M2's that showed up on ebay a month or two ago and were pulled were legit. They looked an awful lot like the iron laying down in the picture.

yes they probably were legit, just not legal as in the case that someone stole them from the foundry, you'll see this a lot on eBay and they'll be head only sales 90% of the time.

Pretty sure the m2 irons that were on eBay were not fluted in hosel. Could have been a knock off or prototype...

New Bag in the making...

So is the M2 the replacement for Aeroburner?

Regardless M2 is a terrible name, how am I supposed to know what it does if it doesn't say Aero, Rocket or Jet?

here's the obvious problem with the naming scheme. R7, R9, R11, R15, R1. not quite in order, but they have established a practice of making their drivers in numerical order based in release.

Actually, the R series of clubs was in relation to the year that they were released -- R5 - 2005, R7 - 2007, etc. They skipped R13, just because of the unlucky number.

these 3 month product cycle jokes are getting VERY old..

Last time i checked no driver was "replaced" after 3 months.. maybe a different version for different swings.. or different driver for a different skill level .. but never "replaced".. making yours obsolete.

R7. R9. R11. R11s. R1. SLDR. R15. M1. All a full calendar year apart if I remember correctly...

Exactly.. Still in line with the point I am trying to make here .. 1 year cycle for like products .. Not this 3 months stuff that people love to bash about

I figured this replaced the M1 but then read the whole thread, lots of people like to read just the OP and then comment. Be prepared for a lot more of the 3 month comments and if you can skip right by them instead of responding the back and forth BS should be lessened.

As much as I love my M1 Fairway, I have to admit it's not the easiest to hit so I would be interested in doing a head swap for the M2 fairway depending how it performs.
