Is that Odyssey the #5 or the CSM? I had the CSM for a while and made a CB putter with it and it was really nice headshape, just the insert was a bit too spongy for me.

 

You are correct CSM and I corrected the original post. Thanks and I agree with you, on a tour urethane ball...way too soft for me so it's in the spare bag. I do love the weight however a lot!

Just picked up a white hot pro 7cs

 

Has a tour snsr 140 grip on it. Probbaly going to cut it to 33" and put a 2.0 mid slim on it and call it s day.

I'm using a SC Red X2 at 35.5" with about 25g added inside the sole plate, but it will probably get replaced by a Cameron Golo 3 or California Del Mar eventually. The #9 style fits my eye really well, but with the added weight my x2 just flat out works. When it cools off a little I'll pickup a Golo and see if some extra weight works for me.

I have a Metal X #6 CS and picked up a Seemore FGP over the winter. Might have to try that Cure CX1 after seeing this thread. The new Future 5s CS looks good too.

 

Just switched to left hand low as well. Definitely rolling it straighter but need to get the distance control down.

Question is about length - 33" seems to work with what I use now; is that what I should use for the new center shaft putter?

Silly but they claim center shaft putters are not a large demographic in the US. Big in Europe and Japan. I like the Big T odyssey and the new O-works R line center shaft. But I like the one I made myself better using 3D printer.

Ditto, I'm a tinkerer so I love the ability to remove the X2 sole plate and increase the weight to my liking without lead tape showing.

 

Looking at a Golo 3 or Golo S next for the same reason.
