the tournament rounds should be announced this month. Practice rounds are usually announced in July.

The draw for tournament tickets is already complete. Emails will be going out soon. If you log in to your account however you can see your application status where it will let 99.9% of us know we have been rejected.

I had tickets for the Saturday round in 2014 and have won the draw for two tickets to the Tuesday practice round in 2018!

Just had an email saying I've been selected for Wednesday practice round tickets. Need to try and work out if it's feasible to go this year now. Presumably Wednesday tickets mean you get to watch the Par 3 right?

I enter for max tickets for every day including practice rounds. After 5 years of trying, I finally got chosen for 2 tickets on the Thursday round of 2016. The course is a thing of beauty and worth seeing in person for anyone that is lucky enough.

Agreed - newbie, so I need some advice on where to stay. Just looked and all hotels within about 30 miles are already booked.

I didn't get selected but my buddy who I had sign up for me did. He has no interest in the event or golf in general so he doesn't get my excitement but don't care since I'll be going Thursday!
