This training aid would be extremely beneficial for me. I had a spinal fusion a couple of years ago and since then, I have lost some strength and mobility. Although I've worked hard at gaining back all of my strength, I know that my rotation and turn has been hindered. This product would assist is gaining back some of my rotation and flexibility

I think my posture is decent, but this should be able to help keep it more consistent. Also due to a nagging shoulder injury, I think this could help me to feel how to best rotate and use my upper body to alleviate shoulder pain
