Mine arrived this morning!

 

They really look sleek. The topline is a little thicker than I expected for a tour/players iron, but I think I can adjust.

What shafts think divot tool with Heroes program only.

Any info on how long orders placed through the heroes program take to go from "ordered" to "in production"? I ordered a week ago, haven't heard from them since initial email acknowledging my order the same day.

Very nice! Can you post a pic comparing the top line to your current gamers? Also when did you order?

 

I'll get one done soon. Just looking down on the 0311T they look larger. But when I did a side-by-side with the iBlade 7 iron they are very close to the same size. The 0311T is ever so slightly larger with a tad thicker top line.

I played a few holes this afternoon before my shift in the pro shop. When you flush these they feel incredible. As other have said, off center hits feel kinda dead.

 

 

I have 0311 and 0311T haha OCD lefty I figure I can mix and match. The 0311Ts are solid in mid to short irons. 0311s are fogiving as all heck some shots today were off center still made green. Think I made a mistake putting Steelfibers in them though. Seem to be low launching. Will likely re shaft with C Taper lites.

Not sure what the rhyme or reason would be with getting free accessories or not. May have something to do with how much you spend or just the mood of the person packing your shipment.

 

My First order was over $1500 and second order was over $1900. Both times I got the towel.......along with quality control issues and horrible customer service

lol actually the shafts in 8-LW were off in first order and second order the SF shaft in the 5i had 3 fairly large paint chips. The latter was not a huge issue but very noticeable and should have been caught by QC. Im without a 5i for over a week. I havent even checked lofts/lies yet but from another member whos were all jacked up I probably should. I suggest to anyone who gets a set to do a thorough inspection and if anyting is wrong dont be surprised if CS inconveniences you.

That’s good they remedied your issues. They will mine as well but I just had higher expectations. That being said I love the feel and look of these.

The lack of quality build and limited shaft choices is the reason I went to a custom clubfitter, who has no such limitations.

 

But it's great that you are pushing them for better quality.

Their customer service is A++++. Seriously they have been amazing. They took exactly 2 weeks to get here from the moment I ordered. Thats pretty impressive if you ask me.

Well after reading the thread and not being thrilled with the irons, I took them to get checked. They were a little flat to standard, so I paid to have them made to ping blue dot specs and bam they flat out preformed today. I have to give some credit to my sm7 46. Really glad I didn’t get the pxg pw, the only complaint I have is trying to flight the higher lofted pxg irons. I’m sure it will come around, was just so easy with the baby blades.

My expectations are high as well and they should be. Their irons are good but they are not $5000 better than anything else out there. I love them and will continue to play them but for that price their customer service should be like Costco’s.

C-tapers s+, coming from super peening blues. Missed one on the front, not as good in the back with 5/9, but two of those were due to poor tee shots and one was with a gap wedge. Highlight was making birdie on a 507 yard par 4.

Steelfibers generally play firm to flex ... which is why it's great to get fit for them. Recoil 95 have more feel and play to flex

I went with info from a ping fitting....close but I adjusted the lies wrongly I believe

I called aero tech because at 101ss with driver i fall right in between their recommendations. The tech I talked to said he has a 108 driver swing speed and does regular. He was against hard or soft stepping.

Currently playing 0311 X in five iron 0311 XF in 6 & 7 irons. wondering what the forums thoughts are on replacing the five iron with an sgi-5 iron which is the same degree of Loft as my 4-hybrid at 22 or do I ask PXG or my fitter to bend a little weak?

With over 100 ss and decent tempo, you should be okay with R flex.

You should check them for sure. Every club was off with my Gen 1 set and my 5 iron was off in my Gen 2 set. I stand corrected.

I sent PXG a note through IG that their quality of clubs have been put on notice here. Doubt they will care but doesn't hurt to inform them.

I edited my post as my Gen 1 set was off and my 5 iron was off in my Gen 2 set; however, I was fitted at PXG and was then fitted back home again by PXG and it seems as though I may not have been fitted properly in my Scottsdale fitting. I am currently working through that to see what is the correct set up for me. Frustrating but as long as it gets fixed up, I am ok with that because I am receiving some pretty incredible customer service.

You would hope not. You could buy a set from a petrol station with tolerances less than that!
