I don't understand why so many people haven't given the Tours a chance in a full set, they're wayyyyy more forgiving than people may think, actually ranked more forgiving than the Apex CF16's, the AP3 and the TM M4 irons.

I think mine are super forgiving too but then if the forged are more forgiving then that's a no brainer for others.

That utility is CLEAN!!! Im sure that it'll get released with the same options as the fli hi tho. So I'll probably buy stock and re shaft it lol

Amazed at how a company can get two so good and yet totally different utilities in at the same time. MMC is the perfect stinger monster off the tee, and the jpx is great on approach shots. Sure TM got three with the GAPR but to me the high version is a hybrid and neither low or mid is as good as the 790.

Mizuno is using the same shaft options for all irons/utilities but from what I know there is talk of another shaft for utilities, probably kbs proto

Right?! I have a Fli Hi and agree its great off the tee, my P790 is better this time of year for me though and I know a JPX UT will be great in my bag! Golfnations pic with the KBS looks awesome and would be a killer combo.

what rank shows the tours more forgiving than the m4 irons? m4 is super GI, even ultra GI.

For what it's worth, I agree the 919T are very forgiving for the type of iron, but more so than the AP3 and M4...come on now.

Interesting that they are quoting Mizuno, using a metric Mizuno invented, and there is no hard data presented to backup that claim.

Also, I can't find any mention of this anywhere else. You would think if it were true Mizuno would have it all over the place in their marketing pieces.

Ok. Agree to disagree then, I have the tours, my ball striking isn’t perfect and I have no issues reaching my target. Toe and heel strikes lose maybe 5 yds at the most. You don’t have to believe the write up from MGS I never asked you to. Just trying to prove a point. Forgiveness isn’t about all out distance.

I’m sorry if I’m late to the party with this, anybody have a timeline on when the 190 woods will be out? Been a mizuno guy for a while now and after seeing the 19 drivers from the other OEMs I really wanna try these. Would love to go all mizuno haha.

February like everyone else, same time as 919 hm pro and jpx utility. Tried both drivers and they are worth waiting for and should be tested by anyone looking for a new driver

Whats the feel like on both? Love the looks of them.

Are you talking about drivers or iron/utility? Hit the drivers but only held the heads of the pros and utility since they didnt have any built clubs

Can you give any ideas what the pros and utility looked like? Is either forged?

Solid set up! If you haven’t already the CLK brids are so easy and really great sounding off the ball. I just put the 4 CLK set to 21* in the bag and loving it. I’m really looking forward to the Feb launch of the ST190G driver and the ST190 3-5wood.

Not sure if this has been shown yet. A decent review of the 190 drivers and woods. ST190 fairway seems legit at 161 ball speed at 106ss.

I feel like that trackman is juiced. 300 yard totals at 160 mph ball speeds doesn’t add up. They certainly are good looking sticks though.

I dont think so. A 300 total at 160 ball speed with that spin and launch and 110 ss is accurate. Rick shiels averages 305 total at 112 and 161 ball speed on GC quad.

Not more than the CF-16s in my humble opinion. The MPF is good for certain info but to use it as a "general" forgiveness guideline doesn't hold water in my eyes. But as with everything it's only important to the guy playing the clubs.
