What IS the Smallest Blade iron ever made?

I own a set of the CS-1's, they 're pretty sweet but don't find them any more compact than FG59 or RAM Tour's. Thin sole and grind adds a low launch bias to them, they are made by Miura which you can instantly tell upon 1st strike. Nice club for any blade lover to enjoy. If head weights pan out, will replace the Rifle 5.0 with something more tuned to my preference.

Yes, I had a set of these as well - 1i to SW. Still the smallest heads I have ever seen. Early graphite shafts were tricky to control distance as well.

Still, very nice set of clubs.

Fg51s or tm92 Aussie blades are the smallest I’ve seen in person.

I inherited my Dad's McGregor clubs.  He got them the week I was born in 1952.  He always told me that they were the smallest heads ever made.  They're McGregor Tourney's.  I'll try to dig them out and take some pictures and measurements.  I stopped playing with them in the early 90s.  The heads of these irons were small even by 1960's standards.

Pointless? Mine is in the bag right now! I swap this out my Miura 1957 2-iron depending on conditions.

It has the Graphite Design Tour AD driving iron shaft on it at the moment, but there’s always a chance something else could be on it next week.
