I don’t know Money but I have every new iron possible right now from Ping, Titleist, Cally, Mizzy and I love my Gen 3’s. I was blown away by the quality and performance. I will definitely get the new 0811s when they come out given my experience so far. It will be interesting to see how they match up against the Ping offerings.

I'm definitely going to get fit and demo it, but I don't know if I love the busy top line. I really wish it would have just looked clean like the Gen 1. If the numbers beat my Mav in distance/dispersion, I'd probably bag one. Opinions on top lines seem to change for me after seeing it in hand and hitting it. I think the topline falls in between Gen 1 and Gen 2 on looks though.

This may have been mentioned before, but they say the weights on this "gen3" driver are similar to the weights they use on the gen2 putters, and the crown is similar to the Gen2 Hotrod crown, so who knows. MyGolfSpy rated teh Gen2 drivers as most forgiving, and I would agree with that, for sure.

Agreed! PXG can do much better with the top line. I’m not a big fan either.

Well..I think I like the top...but the bottom....not sure..the toe and heel weights dont sit flush to the base around it...not sure if that means anything...but it sort of bugs me...I did like the gen 2 x
