New Puma shoes?

See pics here ,Rickie sporting some new Puma shoes this week.... these look better than the ugly high tops from a few years ago

Interesting to see that strap on the heel of the shoe.  I have two pairs of Ignite PROADPTs that I rotate and have worn out the inside of the heel in both.  Presumably that strap is there to minimize the heel slipping around in the heel cup.

 

They are the best shoes I've ever owned, have been contemplating adding another pair, hopefully they will tweak that design some too.

Is there a new Ignite NXT being released this year?  They have become my favorite shoe - perfect on and off the course.

They’re a pre release, I would expect to hear about them entering the spring/summer.

Good to know it wasn't just me. Wore through on the Achilles sections. Were so damn comfy, but have to be the first pair in decades that I threw away before I got over them.

Look for these in the spring.  They mentioned other colorways in during the year, but I can't recall if it's the Delta as well.

Looks like the Fasten8 is the NXT replacement.  Curious to see the other color ways as the NXT Ignite is a great on/off course shoe

Though, I think there might be some iteration left of them.  The NXT has a spiked option as well, so I hope that doesn't go away.  But the Ignites are extremely comfortable.

Not retail for now.  That may change if there is an outcry, but nothing in their presentations.

They've done it before.  They made something available he wore, but when they do it, few people buy them.  But hey, if enough people ask, who knows!

I went a half size down.  I literally had to buy two or three pair and return the other two.  Weird, but they're perfect so I was willing to do it.  It's not like wearing a shoe, seriously.

What is the major difference in the Ignite Proadapt vs the Proadapt Delta?  The sole is obviously different but from a functional standpoint which one is supposed to do what?

 

I have a preference but could live with either.  I am looking at the all black so color-wise they are almost identical.
