Generally the November release is a pre-Christmas release of goodies and stuff. Usually not a headcover, more stuff like sweaters and some unique accessories.

I guess the releases are just going to be random now.  At least the site seemed pretty quick today.  Got the cover, peace putting disk, and coin.

The site has been much better during the sneak attack drops - so I guess we have to pick our poison!

 

Love the “Surf & Turf” moniker that replaces the FTUO. Wish he maybe ran with that in the design too. Cool cover either way.

Just in case you guys don't have enough keys and other stuff in your pockets, you can now have a flower to carry around everywhere.  For the 98% of people that don't realize it has anything to do with golf (or a golf company more accurately), they will wonder why you have a rubber flower key fob.  

 

Maybe you can use it as a small putting disk.  That seems better.  Nobody wants a bigger pocket bulge.

Is it just me, or is this a pretty weak release for a US Open in their home state? I had a chance, but actually passed on everything this go around.

This one hit all of the right cords for me.  I'm from California originally and the college I went to (Univ. of Kansas) is blue and red.  I can see how the headcover will be favored in the future, but the rest of the items were meh.  I definitely agree on the bag drop, would have been nice.  At the same time, I missed the drop and had to get the cover on ebay, so I guess I should be happy I didn't miss out on a bag.

This is what I heard as well. Usually once you get the confirmation you're good, but seemed to hear a lot more about cancellations with this drop.

I passed this time around. It was a great release for the US brethren.. but I was hoping for something that would have highlighted the return to Torrey Pines.. 🙂

The release dropped yesterday. The chances of them doing a release the day after is highly unlikely

Yep, the only time there was a second release after a sell out, was the speed shop fiasco and all those 2nd batch ordered were cancelled.

It's a we have a crappy website with incompetent people running it problem. 

 

Rumor has it that they listed the wrong quantity available(they added an extra zero) for items and oversold a bunch of stuff which is why everyone got cancelled. 

 

When a companies solution to a weak website/server is to shock drop everything instead of increasing the ability of their website to handle the traffic for a known number of Club Cameron Members you know its a bad site/company.

I am a huge cameron fan, been a club member for years now. But this is 100% true. It's simply astonishing how truly awful their IT/UX/CS has been for the last year. The amazing part is they redid the entire website trying to make it better and have only made it worse. Combine this with their complete lack of empathy/remorse when they have a major screw up and it's a real head scratcher. I'm highly considering thinning out the collection and stopping future purchases.

Obviously something went wrong but if they added an extra 0 then wouldn't they have had to cancel 90% of orders? And obviously it wasn't that high percent of cancelations.
