Water bottle for golf bag ?

If I'm bringing a warm drink it goes in a small hydroflask. Otherwise I have a 64oz camelback bag that Ill fill with 2 gatorades and a redbull in the insulated part. Bag stays in the cart basket and i just have to grab the "straw" part. Also, no trash to clean up later in the cart. Added bonus is some additional storage if needed. I carry some bandaids, bottle of excedrin and some fruit snacks (low blood sugar issues). By keeping it in the smaller bag I dont have to go through and clean out my golf bag as often and its readily available to join me on other adventures. Cant give it enough praise really.

How easy is it to clean the camelback? I havent had one for years (decades?) They used to be hard to clean, so anything sugary was a no-go. Sounds like youre having success though!

Much easier now. They have some devices on amazon that you can scrub with. I rinse mine out pretty good after each day though. Helps that the straw parts come apart now.

Another vote for the 21 oz Hydroflasks.  I carry 2 bottles on my Clicgear usually one with Nuun tablets and the other with water.  A must for hot weather and they keep everything really cold too.

My current Ping cart bag doesn't have a bottle pocket, however, my previous stand bag (Callaway) had one and the 24oz Hydroflask fit just fine.

+1 for the Nuun tablets.  My wife ended up getting a few a couple years ago and have been hooked ever since.  Great way to replenish the body with electrolytes and minerals.

I use a 21oz Hydroflask with sport cap. Keeps water cold on the hot days and I refill it on the turn. I did notice that they now have a trail series that is claiming to be 25% lighter.

Nuun are the best! No more overly sugary sweet sports drinks...

 

I actually do not mind less than ice cold water while I exercise; probably a carry over from cycling, and there is usually a Nuun in a cycling water bottle in my bag on the hottest days. Plain store water bottles the rest of the time.

Nunn tablets are great for people with sugar issues and Gatorade is not an option

Regular Gatorade shouldn't be an option for anybody.

Another vote for Nuun! I like 1 tablet in 16oz. I have a stock of the regular and 'energy' versions. I also enjoy the Liquid IV powder, but it does have sugar. I normally water my Liquid IV WAY down. 1 pack for 32 oz of water.

I have not tried the NUUN tablets but just got some in a basket raffle I won

I had no idea what they were but will try them this weekend in my water bottle
