JPDX,

Nike never came out with the 270G in  wide to my knowledge.
I have quite a few pairs of the 90s.  They are pretty easy to keep clean.  I either use my shoe cleaner and brush or I throw them in the washer machine.  It’s pretty easy.

i got the 270g in my size  at the conpany store yesterday but width wise i dont think theyll work. I was hoping i was wrong but unfortunately sounds like i was right with not wide versions.

the back homes seems like the tongue and toe wasnt coated so seems like a bit harder to clean. I need .5 bigger but not sure i want to deal with the uncoated cleaning of the toe and tongue.

JPDX,

You are absolute correct when you noticed they the tongues are not coated like the rest of the shoe.  EVERY color way in the 90 G is that way.   That's the way they designed them.

I have had the worst customer service experiences with Nike lately.  It wasn't this way previously idk what is going on.  Order the Jordan one royal toes in 11.5.  Was sent a 9.5 and called them to do an exchange.  Of course they won't ship the right ones until the get the wrong ones back.  So I ship the 9.5 back and execute an exchange.  They get the 9.5 back but never ship the 11.5.  I call them and they say there's an address problem.  They "escalated it to a supervisior" to handle it.  That was 3 weeks ago and still haven't got it figured out.  Just frustrating from a company that was very good about helping customers.

I'm really disappointed in the durability of the VT2's.  The shoes are really comfortable, but the sock liner is wearing internally, and has split in both shoes right at the top of the heel, in less than 2 months of wear.  I love the fit and comfort of the shoes, but for $180 they need to be better.

VT2 are $103 usd on golf galaxy and i'm about to pull the trigger

i have the previous VT's in black and white and love the grip

i was reading of the air bubble pop on those other shoes some of you were mentioning and that similar sound-thing happened to my on my black pair of Victory Tours, i hate that so much, it pops 'air' every time i bend the left shoe....  thought it was the spikes so took them all off, cleaned the sole and put them back on... that didnt solve anything

Nike did refund me (via a NDC credit) for the VT2's pictured above.  I have a second pair in the Treeline colorway where the heel material is splitting in exactly the same place on both shoes.  VT2 are really comfortable and great for walking, but they aren't durable at all.

I have 2 pairs of the VT2's - the black and blue tumbled leather ones and the white and black ones (smooth leather) and while they're both extremely comfy I found the first tumbled leather versions with the smaller nike tick are much more durable and once broken in the leather is buttery smooth.

The smooth leather ones started to have some stretch marks? on the midfoot after 4 rounds (2 in the rain/wet), still very much waterproof though, and the same problem on the back of the shoe has started to form, although very light wear to them atm, but again the shoes are still fine but only used for 4 round so far.

always wash them and put shoe trees in them after evry round.

They fit like a women shoes, very narrow, snug and tight.

Agree. All jordan and all TW models do to me. I can’t wear them to save my life. And I don’t wear extra width in any other shoe.

I feel this way about the Air Max 90s and Infinity Pros.  I find the Jordan 1s and Next% to be a bit more roomy.  I love the look of the 90s but can't deal with the fit.  Can anyone weigh in on the fit of the Air Max 1 vs the other models?

No sole swap.  They are just an older pair of Air Force 1:

Air Max 1s are super-snug. I wear 11.5 in most Nike golf shoes/Jordan ADGs, but had to go to a 12 in the camo Air Max 1s. I have a narrow foot, so I appreciate the narrow width -- but I couldn't get my foot into the 11.5s, length-wise.

I just returned 2 pairs of air max 90s after 1 round. I usually wear the 270s and ZITs. Those have been my go tos the past few years, but I really like the color options of the 90s. Unfortunately, they have to be the worst golf shoe I have ever worn. Can't believe how cheap they feel and how uncomfortable they were.

I really wish they would release more 270s in better colors. Nothing beats the comfort for me.

I agree on am90.  I liked a lot of the colors and wanted to buy them to wear casually. After putting them on, they were so uncomfortable to me.  ZIT 2 Next% are so much more comfy to me.

I only really wear mine casually in some of the more unique colorways-gray masters, which i found underrated and then the Cork. My infrared versions go mostly untouched since I have two pairs of that actual sneaker.

They're just as comfortable as the og non-golf version so pretty true to their roots.  These are definitely form over function.   32 years of advancements in footwear technology can't be beat.......... the 90IT's were awesome but didn't have the og look/air bubble so he we are wishing they'd come back.

is the traction on the AM 90s any good debating getting a pair but the soft spikes seem very flexible

I am looking at the Master edition so the upper looks to be of better textile material

I am a 90 hater, but I think they are fine traction wise if the ground has zero moisture. Otherwise, I felt like they weren't great.

I have a pair I wear but like @mci711 said, only use them when I know there isn't going to be much moisture on the group. I've had my foot slip out at times during my downswing when I was on an uneven stance during wet conditions.

I've learned my lesson. I wish they would at least have the traction of the AM 1s or something like the ADG 4s.
