One Monday ticket on Stubhub for $895 just now.  $1321 with tax and fees.  I clicked to buy, it's real, and it's a lot less than anything else I've been seeing, but... I'm gonna wait.

Anybody have any thoughts why the practice round tickets are a lot higher than the last couple of years? It seems like they are about $300 higher at this point compared to the last few years. Stub Hub probably raised their fees a little and there was tax added on to the ticket last year but overall the prices are up there.

Inventory was 3x greater last year.  Tax will also be added this year.

If anyone snags a ticket Friday and needs a hotel Thurs night- I have a rez at the Homewood Suites in Augusta we wont be using. I'll be going Friday with my dad. Happy to dive into details via PM if needed. Hope everyone who is going has a great time. Really excited to see my first tournament round live- with my dad.

Could it possibly be one of tigers last rounds, he hasn't faired well in other tourneys he played, like he ran out of gas on his bum leg, He can compete so so, but not all four days.

 

2nd theory is one of the few tourneys you can see some of the LIV guys and PGA guys play....Thank you Augusta for the fans sake.

Any one who has a ticket for Tuesday and Wednesday and is there EARLY.  we had great, outstanding luck getting passes handed to us by the north gate. We had legit Tuesday practice round tickets twice. Each time we hung out after noon at the North gate, about 100 feet away. In 2022 we had a pair of badges handed to us, spectacular blue bird day, got all are shopping done, Picture taken then walked some of course and hung out in the 15th green bleachers and amen corner. Tuesday was pretty much rained out. 

 

we went back the following year and did the same thing this time, this time we got badges on Monday but he wanted 100 for the pair, talked him down to 60 and again got in on Monday for a half day.

 

Just be patient, give em that look that you want tickets, don't appear drunk or rowdy, by all means be polite and prepare to walk out to their car with them....Now that I think of it it was my wife that made contact with both couple we got the tickets from.

Tons of grandstands at both those holes; I wouldn't bother with a chair there.  16 you could put it behind the hole.  12 you're just putting it low in front of the grandstands.
