Built mine up as well. Won’t have any outdoor testing for a couple months but may get on trackman soon. Freq wise and balance/swingweight wise it came out exactly the same as my Tensei AV Raw 65TX also had the same tip and butt freq.

275ish CPM I'm guessing.  Mine's been tipped half an inch and I like my shafts CPM in the mid 270's.  Anything higher than 280 and I have to really go after it to get it load properly.

@ForTourUseOnly great info. Glad I ordered same length and tipping as my AV orange 65. Now the question is to hot melt or call Billy Bob…

If your always tinkering with shafts, then the aftermarket back weight would be the way to go.  If the TPO 1k is gonna be your permanent gamer, hot melt.

So if you put one of these in a driver you need to add weight to driver head?

I remember reading somewhere when the Hzrdus Yellow came out that the counterbalance came to market because heads were getting heavy due to all the weight adjustability.

Most likely yes.  From what I know, CB shafts have more weight towards the butt end of the shaft.  Makes the head feel even lighter to the point where you can't really feel it on the down swing and that can mess with accuracy among other things.

I'm sure you guys are sick and tired of hearing me say this, but the TPO 1k is a keeper!  It's more stable than the ZF in terms of spin and dispersion for me.  I hit three bad drives today.  The worst was a hook but it managed to stay in the air for longer than 2 seconds, lol.  The other two were push fades but were both hit solid and I managed to find both balls.  Best drive of the day was on 15 at Indian Hills.  It's quite a bit down hill but it was playing cross wind with some hurt to it.  Manage to hit a 20 yard draw that ended up 20 yards in front of the green so measured drive was 360 yards.  Today was what I considered a great driving day for me and I haven't had one of those in awhile.  It def has more feel than the TPO and I would say maybe a touch more stable as well.  Same linear, one piece feel.  To the guys that love the TPO, the 1k is the icing on the cake.

Have you played the 1k white at all? Its my current gamer, and it's fantastic. If the Orange produced similar results with a minor uptick in launch and maybe a touch more ballspeed...

I had the Tensei 1k as my gamer for about 6 weeks last year.  It gave me some ridiculous ball speeds and had a very flat trajectory when I hit it right.  When I made a less than perfect swing, it was very penalizing and the the left side would come into play and the ball would just fall outta the sky.  I'm not sure if there is any ball speed gain for the TPO 1K, but I will report back when I get on a launch monitor/sim and see the numbers for myself.

Any launch height difference, or round about the same window?

I'm going to the range in a bit and will experiment, but it seems fine without any lead tape.  Heads been hot melted to 201 grams already.

I went to the range earlier this morning to do some more testing with the TPO 1K.  Added one strip of tape which was 2 grams.  Didn't really feel any different.  Added another strip and I could feel the head more, but I felt as though there was no benefit in terms of dispersion and feel doing so.  I ended up striping them off and chose to play the head as is at 201 grams hot melted.  This range had top tracer so I could only get launch and ball speed numbers.  Launch was 9 to 14* and ball speed was 172-179.  Big thing for me is how accurate the shaft is.  I usually have a ball or two fly out of the range sideways but today didn't have a single one do that.  There were a significant amount of balls that held it's line better than I would normally see.  @Valtieldid mention that the TPO 1K isn't super counterbalanced and I can say now that I like and perhaps fit into cb shafts.

I played River View today and the Santa Ana winds did kick up at times.  It's really good into the wind and holds it's line and curves less for me than the ZF, UB or HD ever did.  To me, it's like a counter balanced Ventus Black/Tensei 1K but with more feel.  Lost a ball today and it wasn't because of driver but rather a 7 iron that didn't draw back and it flew over the fence and landed in someone's front yard on the 10th hole.  Also had several drives that went over 300 yards but most notable were two of them.  5th hole which is a par 5 that plays downhill at 528 yards from the whites(played with my dad who's 72) which I hit 373 yards and the 8th hole which is a 477 yard par 5 which I hit 312 yards into the wind.  Just an amazing shaft that has really good feel and is super stable for me.
