Tensei Pro Orange 1K Release Date?

I just ordered the 1K Pro White 70X for my Rogue Triple diamond. Can't wait!

It's just a counterbalanced version of the white.  It has lower torque though.  I personally love the orange and have the white collecting dust in the closet, lol.  It's a true low/low shaft like the white.  What do you mean by blue?  AV Raw Blue/CK Pro Blue?  I only ask because the Tensei 1K Pro Blue isn't supposed to be released until the end of this year or early next.

i was talking about AVRaw blue. Just figuring out the differences so I know what i want to try out

AV Raw Blue will have more kick to it.  Softer in tip and and stiffer in the handle.  Launches about 2* higher on average for me and brings the lefts into play more so than the white or orange.  I didn't like the way the AV series in general felt.  Probably the different materials used compared to the 1K series.

seems as though the 1K is an upgrade over the AV, I definitely need to demo asap. Blue torque is very high and that just brings all sorts of trouble to my drives. Looking to also give the Kaali white a consideration

Really enjoying the 1K Orange.  Seems to launch on the same window no matter what I do.  Not too high, not too low, and rarely get side spin.  I can push left/right, but that's really minimized the miss.  Big winner for me so far, have noticeably improved off the tee.

Kind of curious on a pairing with the 60TX for my 3 wood. I like the sound of Cam Youngs 4 wood setup (1K White), not really sure about a counterbalanced shaft in a fairway wood.

Hao Tong Li has the 80TX in his 3 metal.  I'd opt for the white in a fairway but that's just me.

Anyone try this on a low spin head? The rogue ST Max LS or Cobra LTDx LS come to mind. I like low spin, but not knuckling balls. My usual problem is high launch but not high spin

I have a Stealth Plus with the TPO 1K.  It's a pretty low spin set up but I still get 2300 rpm on average.  I think the most important thing is picking the proper loft with whatever low spin head you choose whenever you pair it up with a low/low shaft.

Just recently put a LTDX LS on my TPO 1K 60tx after having an epic max ls previously. While I do feel the LTSX LS is a bit more lower spin I do not feel like it’ll just drop out of the sky on “GOOD” strikes. If centered the trajectory and spin are ideal but when I get that high toe strike it’s gonna drop kick left like a missile which no setup can save.

I have been doing some major testing lately.  Graphite Design HD is firmly in the bag, but...

 

The 1k Orange is really making a run for the top spot.  Nice trajectory, high but not ballooning.  Strong flight into the wind.  I have played the Ventus Blue, the Ventus TR,  1k White, AV Raw Blue, Rogue 130 Black and White, AD DI....

 

My question is, what's up with the TX versus X in the 1k line?  I play regular X in most shafts and have always gone TX in the Mitsu products, but is the X now the same quality as the TX in the 1K line?  I like the TX 1k Orange but wonder how I would get on with the regular X.

I haven't compared X vs TX but the TX feels definitely more stout than my Kiyoshi Black X (05 flex) was. But not unmanageable or difficult to launch at all, 118ish CHS for reference.

TX is tighter/more stable for me.  You may or may not see a slightly less spin with the TX.

Just got this one in for a range session today and it felt good. First swing with it and I was like, "Whoa!". Be interesting to see if it will win out against Diamana PD80X. 

 

Got this in the 80TX and it feels a tad softer. Maybe launches a tad higher than the PD.

Agree.  I had the PD 70TX and to me that thing was straight up rebar that spit out low bullets.  TPO 1K is definitely softer yet still stays with me even when I go after one.

Yeah the Diamana PD 80X I have launches fine for me, I usually tee it lower than usual anyway, but don't have issues elevating if needed. 

 

Very excited to see a couple more range sessions and on course this week!

I purchased a 1K orange 70 tx last summer.  44.5 tipped 1/8th of an inch Very pleased with its performance. I did put a 15 gram weight on T track and a true 4 gram weight on the back port.  The oem is 4.88 grams driver is strong D4.  Love it

 

anyway want all 1k in woods and driving iron ill purchase the hybrid orange.  I want the 80TX 1kO for my 3 wood. I just read Charlie Hoffman has them in all of his woods so ima give it a try!!!

Is the TPB 1K coming soon? Sure hope so. TPO 1K 60TX in the driver that splits time with Ventus Black TR and TPW 1K 70TX in 4Wood and 80TX in 7W
