 Could be as simple as TW didn’t like them or he tested them and saw no reason to change.

Oh for sure. TW isn’t one to jump all over new clubs. Wasn’t expecting it as much as just hopeful.

I don’t think there was a need to have an early reveal of V2.0. Last year the golf world was frantically buzzing about a carbon face driver. It was new and a big step in a new direction for the King of Drivers. Like a lot of movies the sequel isn’t as exciting as the original and I believe that’s the case here.

I've got a trs3 driver and 3w, just waiting to see who offers the best lefty 7w. I've got until the end of Feb to swap the tsr's out at the pga store. Might make the leap as well

Assuming what we've heard so far about the moveable weight, I wonder if some of those launch conditions can be changed without as much of a sleeve adjustment.  I guess I am just imagining in my mind how much weight we're talking about and how much of an effect it would have on launch.

I was told to states they can achieve optimal launch conditions using the sleeve and sliding weight. To me, that means they're leaning on the weight to alter shaft deflection...but more importantly, they're relying on "fitters" to grasp it as well.

 

We did see the SIM to sim2 fwy show fairly big differences in spin...

 

Hey, a sliding weight in the fairway...I'm game for tinkering.
