Nike Footwear 2023 (Unofficial Thread) (***NO BUY SELL TRADE POSTS***)

The NEXT% is my favorite Nike shoe (maybe all golf shoes) in a very long time.  I wanted to buy the TW13 and may still during a restock later. But with the code working my size in Nexts are $84.  Hard to pass on.

Pretty sure it was your prior comments reading through this thread last night convinced me to buy.  Or at the least I saw your avatar enough close by those threads and maybe that convinced me 🙂

For whatever reason, Nike just fits my feet best.  I’ve been eye banging the Next% for a year now since I love what they did in sneakers.

I held off as I generally don’t buy Nike golf shoes in current model year (With exception of ADG3 there hasn’t been many must have now’s for me lately) and the old topic reporting so many pockets bursting scared me off from full price.

The wides nexts are what a regular should be. Common knowledge in the sneaker industry says Nike shoes tend to be narrower than every other shoe. Why? Who knows. Definitely worth the purchase. Is the air pocket burst? Is there moisture in a crevice that squeaks? Maybe, but they're comfortable and stable.

Close.  I’d say 1/2 size small.  I wear the 13 wide but don’t have a wide foot.   The regular 13 is too tight for me.

I fully agree that in general, wides should be normal width.  I know everyone says Nike are narrow and Adidas are wider but my Fred Flinstone feet say otherwise.  I never get along with Adidas.  They will pinch the middle of my foot and my heel slides (both sneakers and golf shoes). Saying that, I’m always ordering wide in golf shoes unless it’s a smoking deal and a shoe I really want.  Extra wide in FJ.

Also, fingers crossed I find Nike is at least consistent in their overall sizing.  I’m always a 10 in Nike whether that’s a sneaker or golf shoe and that is what keeps me loyal to Nike - plus I just find their shoes very comfortable.  Jordans I’m a 9.5.  Adidas golf shoes I can be anywhere between a 9-10.  FJ 8.5 - 9.5.  It’s aggravating.  Yeah though I wish I could wear a 90G or 270G (especially the 270 sneaker version) but they are way too narrow for me and to my knowledge they never made a wide in those.    That does annoy me but there are plenty of other good choices.

How. I you tell the difference between the old and new Next%

There is no difference in the new colors of next % that released this year, if that’s what you’re asking? Just new colors.  The old ZITS are a completely different shoe if you’re asking about those.

Next% on the Nike app have three different prices $118, $123, and & $160. Are they all the same year?

Same shoe/year - just Nike's weird pricing for different colorways.

Yup. BOA, wide and standard models and colorways all vary in price.  It’s all the same shoe and tech.  Just either BOA, wide or standard sizes.

Anyone have opinions on the Infinity Pro 2?

Go FULL size up. I started with a 10, returned for 10.5, returned yet again for an 11. Comfortable even though its just react foam for the midsole and no air. Very comfortable especially for the price point. Seems to be wider in the toe box and it feels like its between a standard and wide vs. most other offerings as of late. Ive only worn in decent weather, grip is good - but nowhere near the zit next%. If you get them for ~$50-$60 they are worth it. Given the discount on a few of the zit next% colorways right now and additional discount code, id opt for the zit next% unless you really want the ip2.

On top of that, you can get 25% off of the sale price for some of the colorways if you sign up for a Nike account. I'm ordering a pair just because they're $75.

I am a 9UK in Nikes (8.5UK or 8UK in Jordans)
never seen the W version available in the online shops i buy from; so i've always bought regular and go TTS

But when I first bought my black/gray Next% I thought I bought the wrong size; they fit, but lots of hot spots and felt a bit tight, and often sizing up in Nike doesnt nessesarily mean width, its more length than anything else and Next% are fine length-wise.. but now, after 10-12 rounds they're super broken in and super comfy..
Last week I bought another pair (the O.G blue and pink) in the same size (9UK) and literally from the box to the first tee they were absolutely fine, and had no problems like my other pair.

what i learnt was you dont need to wear thick socks with them as they are already super plush and comfy... thinner socks = maximum comfort in Next%

Did you get the wide version of IP2?

I wanted to get ZIT Next but was concerned about all the bubble pops

Does anybody have any information on a wide release for the TW ‘13 retro or a restock of the TW ‘20 wide?

Overnight shipping of the TW ‘13 retro, in 10 and 10.5, but both feel a bit snug with the 10.5 boarding on being too long as well. I fall in the 10 wide category for Nike almost without fail. The shoes are really great with quality materials. I like the new spikes over the original version. $240 is still a lot but at least it’s a premium product.

No. Standard. Width was never the issue for me with the IP2.

get the next%. Bubbles dont pop. Just squish sounds and sounds like theyve popped - which is why people thought they popped. Ive worn oone pair at least 20 rounds. Everytime its even remotely wet, i fear they popped because of the noise. I Let them dry and the next time i wear them is just as comfy as new. I think someone here said they took a pair back and said they popped. Argued with Nike employee and the employee cut them. Sure enough they were NOT popped until it was cut. Dunno ymmv.

I recall that story, however may be a case of both instances as I have seen the ruptured bubble on a pair of the shoes. Happened to a buddy of mine the first time he wore them walking to the range to warm up. But, if you can score them under a hundy they'll be warrantied so why not?

so far only holes are inside the heel, must of only worn the vt2s about a dozen times though. apart from that a solid shoe, with a traction pattern that shouldnt work, but does.

I hope the VT3 has a different heel, the VT2 plastic heel plate dug straight in, even with the foam back.

That was me.   That is correct.  They sound like they are. Don’t feel like they are.  The employee hit em with some scissors and popped them to show me.
