If I could manipulate an event to pick the winner, it would me flipping a coin between Meghan and Janet, to see who I choose. lol

Only a matter of time, but all these newbies keep leapfrogging them to capture a maiden win! Would not be surprised if Perrine or Gina eventually nab a W before either Janet or Megan 😑

Ariya, Grace Kim and Jeeno are unmistakable; otherwise they're hard to tell:

O Toole is 1, Andrea Lee is in there too, and Sei Young. The giant woman I believe is MA Leblanc  Who is the blonde girl before Jeeno? Some serious recoil w that driver!

M A Leblanc could be the longest player on tour when she lets it go, if only the other parts of her game matched.

#10 (?) Madeleine Sagstrom and #11 a Paula Creamer sighting with the serious recoil and trademark big dip.?

Yeah, you get a women close to 6'0 ft and an athletic build and they can usually crush it.  She is hitting it better now than she has, she did match 279 the year she won the distance title in 2017.

Yup if they are not statuesque, they have a bodybuilder physique, there is no in between 😂 I notice most of the Japanese players are tiny, esp Furue. I'd be shocked if I ever saw her up close!

Does it look like a makeshift range is being used? e.g. Like the venue has >1 course, and they've used a non-tournament hole as the makeshift range? Odd to see a range that is tree-lined and has a dogleg in the landing area?

You can't complain about Lydia's tee time this time; she's paired with Nelly:

Nelly is paired with Lydia which still gives Nelly the highest ranked players in her group again. I can understand though the LPGA needs to have the highest ranked US player in a feature group and within the broadcast time slot to hopefully generate the most publicity. Nelly and Lexi are two of my favourite US players to watch so yes I am happy 😊 Lydia's group tees off at 12:21am here and our live coverage starts at 2:30am. Not ideal for me but the live coverage will include their group finishing their 1st round.

I see Patty and Atthaya are in the same group for the first 2 rounds...after last week this must now be a permanent request 😂

They have a full driving range there. Though it does have an odd alignment to it.

Do they allow grouping requests? Seems like a major advantage to me as they are more comfortable and can go easy on each others regarding rules.

@Stooch

From Facebook:

"Mark Zecchino and Bob Weeks said on Golf Talk Canada this morning, that they had heard from Brooke's manager that she was planning to play but is ill so had to withdraw. At least not an injury."

Yeah, I'd miss that one, while I like Bob Weeks, I'm not a fan of Mark Zecchino and generally don't pay attention to anything involving him.

Well, knowing this it'd a great if she plays next week; wherever it may be!

You could be right, there's still one reserved spot for the LET event and if she's sick she could be waiting till near the end of the week to see if she feels good enough.  This would make sense adding the Bank of Hope, she'd probably end up WD from the other inaugural event in New Jersey and that would give her 2 events a break then 3 events, which make sense where Brooke is at in her career trying to be in peak form for Majors.

Have been told setup is similar to last yr.

Driving range again being used for some parking but less than last yr.

Vol parking is now moved off site.

1hole not in tournament, course has 36holes, is being used as the driving range.

I don't think so but I'm sure Jeeno and Patty won't be complaining....perhaps the Jutanugarn sisters were happy to be split though after a week together 😂. Kupcho is in their group as well but I guess if they speak Thai together then she has no idea. I often wonder if anything illegal gets said between two players who speak a foreign language.

We have a group of 32 people playing weekly. Every six month we have a 2-day tournament and a group of 4 people suspiciously always shoot really low scores. We voted to play with random grouping for the next 2-day tournament.
