I heard March or April.  Hopefully it's sooner and has all the good stuff in it.  Xlink, MR70, boron, etc.

Yes, early 24. All new materials including Xlink.  Not a repainted Diamana.

The 103X is AWESOME. I have one in a V-Steel 7W right now. It is shockingly manageable at slower swing speeds. My driver swing currently maxes out just a little over 105, and that 103X still has plenty of feel. I've thought about pulling it and putting a Ping or Titleist fairway wood tip on it so I can try it with more modern, high-lofted fairway woods. It'd be incredible in an Apex UW, too.

It's for a 6 wood cut down to 40.75". It's not that crazy to have a 90-100g shaft in a short high lofted wood when swinging at 117MPH DSS.

I’m so old I used to (and still do) play the OG blues and whites in 53/ 63/73/83/93 configurations … only missing the 103 

 

I also have the ZF driver shaft in 50tx and 60x

 

my long time gamer driver shaft is a matte finish tour issue Blueboard 53x .. iirc TW played the 83 in his big stick

 

i must have a matte blue 63x … make it happen .. please

I liked the old school silver and white better but the matte black is not terrible.

Cool graphics but the 5th Gen Diamana PD is one hell of a great shaft.  What does this do that the PD doesn't?

It could feel smoother than the PD.  I had the PD and the only negative was that it lacked feel.  Performance was off the charts good though.

I guess it is all relative to what you are comparing it to. 

Compared to the PD's competitors in the super premium Low/Low category like a Ventus Black or Black TR, the PD has 1000x more feel.  Very smooth bending

See, I disagree.  I have the TR Black and it's by far the smoothest feeling low/low shaft compared to the ones you mentioned.  However, feel is subjective.

I am long time supporter of Mitsubishi shafts, I currently have ZF and Tensei 1K and original Tensei Pro Orange in my Titleist TSR drivers D3 and D4 heads. It compares a lot to the ZF shaft IMO. I will be testing it out again this week.

launches lower than a ZF for me.  Feels excellent and tight dispersion.  Feels like an OG whiteboard just more

stable.
