Recently I went back to the Diamana ws 6tx after fixing up my swing, I am REALLY getting along with it (came from ventus tr black 5x), I can't wait for this!

Said it was a direct descendant of the D Limited series. Something about 80 ton fiber with dialead for stability in the butt. Extra carbon fiber in the tip

 

firm butt, firm + mid, medium tip

You and me both. I am really liking the PD in driver and 3 wood. My understanding was that the 20th anniversary was going to be modeled closely to the original profile but I don’t think on paper that’s what it appears to be

Sure does and also appears to have a "Spread Tow" like fabric visible in the butt in 1 of the pic on ebay.  Def a larger pattern more like the TR's than the 1K tensei butt fiber.

Interesting, seems like a ZF/GT with a stiffer mid section. I was expecting more of a medium/soft butt, firm mid and tip.

The WB is going to be more like the D+ LTD/D Limited than the PD from what I am hearing.

Good review - I play the 1K white and this has me very excited. Never played WB growing up, but always wanted to. Haven't changed driver shafts in a long time and love the 1K White but pulled the trigger on this. Will report back.

The more info that comes out about this shaft has it looking not to be a competitor to a ventus black or other stiff low launching shafts.

 

it appears there is more feel Butt/Mid/Tip sections.  If you have a fast swing and hard transition it may remove this from your matrix, just as you might struggle with other less firm handle shafts.
