LAB DF3 Order is in!

Just purchased and received a stock 35in DF3. Have a Mezz Max Broom but short putts with it are still troubling me. 

 

Think this may be the best head LAB has made and super impressed thus far. I typically go for 34in putters (I'm 5'11/6ft) but went a touch longer so grips sits through my hands rather than toward end. 

 

Anyone else finding they are being recommended a slightly longer length in fitting?

Hard to go back and read 21 pages but has the broomstick DF3 date been released? I sent a message to LAB but no response. Sorry if this has been covered already

I like a 35 inch putter so I can easily grip down to my regular length 34.5

Ordered 2/20. Completed today. 
 

Mine is shipping 3 day UPS. Most I see here are FedEx.  Not sure if there is a right answer these days!

Ordered mine yesterday.  I have a golf trip at the end of April.  Unlikely I get it by then, but it might make it.

I posted this in our member review thread of the DF 3, but I would 100% recommend the "Heavy" head option if you're doing the counterbalance version. The lack of torque makes the head feel lighter, the heavy head feels just right. I also posted a weight comparison between the DF 3 and my Jailbird 380, along with a video comparing the sound to the DF 2.1. The DF 3 sounds/feels so much better. Won't get to get mine out on the putting green until tomorrow, but initial impressions are very good.

This putter has exposed how bad I am at reading winter greens. 

 

My start lines are great, but it is comical how far off I am from making a decent read with verticut, slow, winter conditions.

Part of me wanted to order custom, but luckily I measured at the standard lie angle. Just bought a stock DF3. Loving it so far on the putting mat. Can’t wait to get it out on the course but unfortunately snow on the ground here today.

Ordered 2/11 got in 3/20. 
36.5” CB, heavy head, C+G

only 1 issue… I added the TPT shaft 2 weeks after my order and they forgot to update it so I’ve got the Accra in it now…

 

They first asked me to send it back and it’ll take 7 days from the day the arrived the putter and I honestly (tricked not to be a jerk) explained I’ve waited this long I shouldn’t have to wait. So they agreed to start building it and call me when it’s built and then 3 day shipping the putter as soon as I return mine. So pretty happy with them working with me

Ordered mine on March 13th and bought a new putter yesterday(Ping PLD Ally Blue 4) in case mine isn’t delivered by May 3rd for a golf trip. I have 3 different orders going right now between irons, wedges, and this putter so we’ll see what happens.

I'm fine, its our verticut slow greens. 

 

Our greens usually run between 10.5-11.5 and they are stimping out at the equivalent of putting in a bunker.

after going outside and rolling with it today, I went ahead and told LAB to swap to the Platinum head. The blue is just a bit too showy for me

Well not technically, but I leveraged to play with what they sent me and built me a new one. And since I emailed him the day it came in they honored it

Doesn't that mean you get to just hit it 2x as hard as you should and pray?  😂
