Her comments, while tough for the players to hear, sadly weren't wrong. I'd rather have an announcer say what they think as opposed to some that just pander to the players.

She's the Caitlin Clark of on course reporters.  Never afraid to take a shot and very rarely is off the mark.

That it took decades for this thread to get to page 3 says she's doing alright. Most of the time she has good insight into what a shot will do, where it needs to land, what was on/off about the execution, and so on, and she usually doesn't try to fill up every second of possible air time the way most of the other American commentators do. 

 

CBS has gotten their money's worth with her over the years.

The irony in your comparison is that Dottie recently took her first private pilot lesson as part of her personal growth journey. While she's clearly no Amelia Earhart, she could be in the future.

The game has leveled out.  Shooting around 78 plus or minus a few.  More scores in the 80s lately.  In all transparency, no marital problems, just age related.  Boys are home from college for summer so I now have some extra incentive to practice.  They take no mercy on dad, and I love them for it.

Will find out Saturday as it's my first competitive round since having triple bypass surgery less than 2 months ago. I'd definitely suggest taking the over on the score if you're looking at any online sports wagering service.

Hey Shilgy! I'm doing great, thanks for checking in.  Mrs. Pelz mother visited during time in the CICU and was clearly disappointed I survived.  She did try to "help"  though by unplugging one of the devices in the room.  Thankfully it was my cell that was charging and nothing assisting in the recovery.  Such a thoughtful sweetheart.
