I've seen Rose answer back a few times now. I hope more pros follow suit, as the only way authorities will sit up and take notice is if the players start complaining about it.

There is a very simple solution for it... put something in the T&Cs on the back of the ticket that the organisers reserve the right to be eject anyone found to be shouting out. Let it be known that a certain number have been ejected, and this should act as a deterrent to people with a similarly low IQ.

Believe it or not, it is actually the nick name of the producer of the Howard Stern radio show. People have taken to yelling it out in prank phone calls, live news casts and sporting events. So you can thank Howard Stern fans for that one.

The yelling just makes those specific people look like fools. I don't think, at least I hope, that non-golfers who watch the telecasts and hear that nonsense believe it represents all golfers or the culture. It was funny when that first, "you da man" let loose, but it's beyond tired.

Personally, I would rather hear another gallery member tell them to shut it, right there in front of everyone and on camera, as opposed to a player. We should stand up for ourselves if we don't like it. However, you do run the risk of angering a drunkard, and in that case, you don't really want to poke the bear and get into a situation that will end up in your own ejection. Principles shall be challenged!

Yes. I use a razor for to remove an outer layer of fur. The results are quite nice.
