NIKE FI Impact Golf Shoes

Played in mine today for the first time. Very impressed.....didn't need my custom orthodics. I had a severe side hill lie early this morning with dew on the ground and I was nervous that I was gonna break my neck without spikes for grip......no problem at all.

That's great to know traction is that good. Assuming as others have reported that in heavy due they remain dry. Yeah, I think the GG deal is the best deal going right now.

i tried them on at dicks yesterday and they are more comfortable out of the box than my tw 14 and lunar controls 2's. I may have to get them when the price comes down or when they have a coupon. Same size as tw 14 fit me perfect

Played two rounds (cart) in them all ready and they are the real deal. I am very impressed with them and how comfortable they were to wear. I played a really early tee time Sunday and had no issues with the morning dew at all. No traction issues either. The treads don't tear up the greens either. I played a few bunker shots too and had no issues there either. As I have read above, my Lunars too were my favorite shoe but right now these are my favorite shoe.

This is the fIrst set of spikeless shoes ive ever used , and one round in i would say they are fantastic, you can drive in them !

Got a chance to try out the TW13. The heel area felt good, but the forefoot was too flexible and lacked support. Have flat feet and overpronate so prefer some stability with a medial post or at least less flex in the sole. Does the sole in the FI Impact flex as much as the TW13?

Anybody else have problem with the tongue on the Impacts sliding over to the outside of the shoe during play? I've had to adjust mine a few every round. Maybe I just need to tie them tighter.

Traction has been good. Only slipped once on a severe side hill lie. Probably would have slipped in anything except metal spikes. You guys remember metal spikes right?

It slides over on my left shoe but the right one stays put. It is annoying having to adjust it.

Same here. Left slides to the outside. Right is fine. Weird. I tied them a little tighter and it helped some.

I played in mine for the first time yesterday. I didn't notice any problems with the tongue sliding. I did notice that traction was great. This shoe works. Best spikeless I have worn.

The tongue in mine haven't moved at all. Better than the TW13 for me in that regard as well.

I will say that I had a slip on my right foot in my round yesterday morning. It was in light, wet bermuda rough trying to hit a hybrid. The only slip throughout the whole round, including a similar lie later in the round. But I'm still very happy with it and may need to get the white/gray.

I've notice when you wear thicker socks and get that snug fit they don't move. It's only when I wear thinner socks they tend to slide around.

Looks like a 1 piece construction on the toe as opposed to a mesh like material like the first release. That is my gripe with the gray ones I have, as it stained and is hard to clean.

I will definitely be adding that white pair...looks clean!

These would be my ideal golf shoes were it not for the GIGANTIC heel.

My left shoe tongue slides to the left like like Miley Cyrus' tongue. My right shoe tongue behaves nicely. Soles are just starting to show a little wear, but overall, great shoes.

BTW, I treated the mesh area of the shoes with 3M stain/waterproof spray. A quick post round wipe down and they look nice and tidy and ready for the next round.
