Am I the only one who noticed it's a glued version? Was his previous covert a glued version, I can't remember. Also no Swoosh on the crown.
Yes his last covert was glued as well

Looks like he using the 2.0 after all.
I don't know if this is for marketing or not, but that 2.0 has an adjustable head. Has anyone seen Tiger play the adjustable head during the first round because earlier this week he used a glued version?
Probably is Marketing, photo was taken from their Facebook page. They want the consumers/facebook page likers to think he is using the new 2.0 tour with flex-loft. When Tiger himself is using the glued and slight modified version.

Just glare, not adjustable. That's his driver

I think earlier in the thread Greg said he's testing the ball but isn't ready to put it into play yet. The model he's testing is the RZN Platinum but it's different from the retail version of course.

thanks pr. I'm curious to try the RZN black and platinum after hearing Rory rave about the black and assuming TW eventually puts a platinum prototype in play. I'm usually a prov1x guy, but like what I hear about the RZN

Ok I see it now. It still looks closer to 460 cc.

Did they sharpie the swoosh on his putter cover? I have never noticed that.
I don't think it's Sharpied as much as losing it's threads. It reminds me of his old VR Pro 3 wood cover and how beat up that was.

From what I saw it was just brutal, stumbling through trying to explain why it's better and Kelly not understanding. He did say Tiger's new shaft isn't as stiff. They're both X flex right? How is the BB less stiff? From how it's tipped maybe? Anyways it was hard to even watch their explanation.

Let's hope he sorts his driver issues out this year and makes a good run at all the 4 major sites ... being stuck at 14 sucks ... being stuck at 17 would make things very interesting, as each major he plays from then on becomes THE MAJOR that ties the record and whether he gets more is just gravy. Imagine the level of interest then.

Maybe It´s because I´m european and from Sweden, but why is Tiger always wearing so f******g ugly pants? They look like a tent. Does he need guidance on the wind direction or what? He´s a fit guy, why don´t he wear pants that fit?
Tiger is self-conscious about his small calves, and so he wears larger pants so you can't see how small they are.

(Personally, I like the fuller look.)

I followed along pretty well...Said the new shaft is much heavier than the average Joe's driver shaft, slightly softer in the tip to add more spin, and hoping the extra weight will slow his tempo down.
I saw that as well. Charlie was saying that the Blueboard was softer and would spin the ball more, giving Tiger more control. But Tiger said in his press conference that the new driver was spinning less, providing him a more penetrating shot. A heavier shaft will take spin off, all other things equal.

I would think that the heavier shaft will help with his tempo, and enable him to swing hard without losing control so often.

I think Tiger has used 103 BB off and on for a number of years.
I don't recall that. He's used the heavier BB shafts in his FW's, but driver was typically an X-stiff (and tipped) in the 70-80 gram weight range...think it was typically a WB or Tour AD...he did use an EPIC for a VERY brief time.
