Get a Golo, it has really helped me cut down on total putts. I don't feel like I am making as many putts outside of 10 feet. But overall I have been much more consistent.

LOL I've been thinking about one for months... my scoring issues are mostly mental/focus related though. And I have the yips from 75 yards in.

j...the top picture was at Old Hickory? I tried to "guess the hole" but just couldn't tell. I you had put a gun to my head and made me guess, I'd say No. 3. But the more I look at it, I just can't tell.

The pics a few posts up were from Twin Lakes, the 4th on the Oaks course, which is in terrible shape, worse than usual, if that's possible. The one pic I posted in the MD thread this morning was the 15th at Old Hickory.

Ok....no wonder I didn't recognize it. I haven't played Twin Lakes in about 15 years. I couldn't see the pic in the Maryland thread of 15. I probably would have recognized that one. I'm sure it was a shot of you driving the green!!

Current arrangement, nothing really new, just rotating old stuff in and out, like my A12* hybrid (not pictured) and 5W, and am torn between my wedges (love my Vokeys, but just can't give up those X-Forged either). Went back to the Razr Hawk Tour after a season with the Fit, it's just the best of the lot for me. However, I think a Ping driver will appear soon, still contemplating between the G25, Anser, and I20. And a driving iron.

 

Oh wait, I did add a 3Deep and V-Line putter, okay so there is some new stuff...

Thanks! It is sweet, but I'm now contemplating a reshaft of the 3W to something lighter and higher launch. I already have two other 3Ws with 85 gram shafts, just want to try something different.

To me, it's the same as the Edge Tour, but a slightly higher pitched sound and more tinny feel, which I actually really don't like. I decided to overlook it because the 5W gets rotated out depending on the course and my wedge set up, but if my 3W sounded like that it would be gone in a second. And this is a Tour head with no serial number on it, straight from Callaway. Anyway, they look and perform the same essentially - great.

Love them. I've had them since 2009 and tried a few different sets of irons in between, only to come back to these every time. Enough offset and "help" (not like a cavity back of course) but with the feel and control of a muscle back.

Haha, thanks. I'm definitely blessed. I have a DI-6X and DI-7X (3W length), both with Razr Fit sleeves and both not being used. I sold or traded in both Razr Fit heads that came with those. The DI-7 was supposed to go into the 3Deep for a little higher launch and hopefully more ball speed, but I was hitting it awesome last night at the range with the current shaft, an Accra Tour Z 85, so I am now hesitant to switch.

I really like the way the i20/G25/Anser drivers set up and wanted to see what the hype was about. I kept the Callaway sleeve on my Accra though, so at some point I will pick up an XHP or RFE head to try.

I have X100s in the Protos, S400s in both Callaway wedges and Vokey Wedges. I bought them with TT Black Golds that I should have kept, then went to KBS Tours in S, hardstepped, which I somewhat enjoyed because they felt great, but never could get 100% comfortable with even after playing them for 2 years. I've used DG for 20+ years and they just work with my swing. I like the heavy feel of the lower end of the club through the impact zone, which is what I feel with the DGs. KBS felt like they had a more balanced feel from the hands all the way down, which sometimes made the lower end of the club feel too light, if that makes sense. I actually also bought a set of PX 6.5 in the old satin finish to try, but ended up trading those away to TBomb for the X1s before even installing them. Anyway, these heads are so soft any shaft will work. I love the X1s in the Protos and despite all the sweet newer irons out there (the J40 CBs have been the most tempting), I don't intend to switch for a while.

Reshafted G25, 3Deep, and DHy to be picked up on Friday...
