Local FB Marketplace add showed two stand bags full of clubs, $20 porch pickup.  I mostly just wanted the bags for extra club storage in the garage, but one of the setups had a 1-SW ser of Tour Classic 958c.  Apolo stiff stepless shafts.  Entire setup seems to have been owned by someone in Hawaii.

Picked up full set of Mizuno 223 today (previous post), amazing feel, great distance and trajectory, nice shaft and the stock grips are what I usually need to order custom. Then got a little crazy and got a Srixon utility iron too 🙃

So it seems like yes, it's a custom made version for Mizuno. In the TGW site it's listed as "Golf Pride MCC Teams Black/Grey"  and if I do a google search with that name, nothing like that comes up. Shame, that's the exact model I would buy a set or two immediately if it was available, even better if it came with a grey Align aid.

I've only played one round with them along with a few hits off the range mats. A few observations so far.

For context, I shoot anywhere from 76 to 88 on my home course. My other set are Srixon ZX7s.

Skinny mishits are fairly forgiving. Toe mishits are very punishing.

I have Project X LZ 6.0 in my ZX7s and KBS Tour 120 in the Wilsons. The Wilson 'feel' heavier to me.

I like the KBS Tour shafts in the Wilsons. High ball flight compared to my ZX7s but the lofts are clearly weaker.

I got the Staff CBs in the 5 and 6 irons. It has been said that the CB is very short heal to toe. This is a true fact.

When hit pure, the CB feels just as good to me as the Blade.

For whatever it's worth, my friend who shoots anywhere from 82 to 90 with a somewhat weaker iron game also hit the blades on the range and really liked them.

 

I honestly do not see the Wilsons replacing the ZX7s, but this is largely due to me living in windy Kansas and the ZX7s having lower spin.

Stealth+ with a Ventus TR 6x. By far the straightest and longest driver I’ve ever owned.. though so it should be for what I paid for the build 🤣
