Anyone satisfied with Irons a YEAR or older?

Picked up the J40 DPC's last spring(2014) and installed Recoil 125 F5's.
They are firmly in the bag and going no where- I have ho'd Fairways, Drivers and hybrids, but no irons...
Just a perfect set up for my eye and my game.

Bought my 735cm set a couple years ago and love them still. I think they came out in '05 or '07, I can't remember. They were in great shape with the OG grips when I got them and have since reshafted them. I don't have much desire to change either. Unless someone has some 712mbs they want to give away

I've had my Cobra ss-I irons for more than a decade, and I'm fine with them. But I am curious as to whether or not my game could be helped by the iron advancements of the last 10 years.

Ditto. Except my green dots are still OK for me.

Just finished a round today after not playing for a month due to sh1t weather, and the i5s were excellent. Hit some nice knock down bullets when the wind gusted up, but most shots were just high straight bombs.

The i30s are going to have to be something special to give me enough of an excuse to change.

2013 X Forged and bought a set of Apex pro to replace them... after a few rounds i am back to the X Forged and most likely going to stay there until they disintegrate lol

I am playing a set of these as well (and have another set with graphite shafts), but looking around. I am ready to try something different, but looking around for that deal I cant pass up.

I bought the '09's first from Callaway's used site and they were ok, not great. I was coming off 10 yrs with the same set of Mizuno MP-19's and the '09 x forged performed ok i guess, but they just didn't have the feel i wanted. I don't play that much but i just wasn't in love with them. So i got the RAZR X Forged set and they feel much softer. I also like the look a lot better. I'm about a 12-15 handicap that doesn't play nearly as much as i want to, so i'm not all in on performance statistics. But the RAZR X forged set really works for me on all levels
