Got to finally game my VFP 3i in Georgia this last week. Absolutely love it.

 

The sound the ball makes off the face is awesome and the graphite shaft makes it very easy to get up in the air. Have to practice it more off the deck, but for what I bought it for (option off the tee), it is awesome.

 

Which shaft did you go with? I'm thinking about going with the recoil but can't decide on the weight.

 

I put a recoil 110 in my VFP 3i. Going to build a 2i next week.

Min VFP definitely doesn't sound ear piercing. Not wooden bat crack but a nice lovely sound that feels great haha. I prefer the sound of the flex but I played that last year and it just doesn't make sense to do it haha

Guys help me out... Yesterday I finally got my Fly Pro outside at the range. The sound this thing makes is so ear piercing I'm questioning keeping it. I thought the Pro was supposed to have a nice "crack" sound, and mine is definitely not that.

Ear piercing was the Vapor Pro. My Fly Pro is more beefy sounding. I think I'll go and test this tonight with some video.

Recoil 95g. Awesome shaft and the thing is so easy to swing.

alright guys....new verdict on my Vapor fly pro. Unreal.

 

That ear piercing sound from the other day had to be due to range balls. Yesterday I played 18 with the RZN Black and it was a whole new experience. I would agree that it's more of crisp clean sound as opposed to a crack but you get the idea. The VFP has such a nice ball flight and the ball just stayed in the air. I tee'd it low a few times and hit a few nice low rising bombs. Caught a couple off the toe and still ended up near the ball that I pured. My miss is a pull or over cooking a hard draw. This club was giving me solid down the right side of the fairway and fade in the center all round. It's just a nice feeling club and very consistent.

 

I started playing the RZN platinum but let me tell you, this RZN Black in the Volt color is legit. That ball just hit the green and stopped. Even a couple 5 irons into the green were only a few feet away from the pitch mark. Feels great off the putter face too.

Well debuted my Vapor Fly Pro 2 iron today...

 

first one 260 yards dead straight

second one pure 250 carry into a pot bunker

third one shank onto the other course

forth one on the reload pure 250 ish down the middle...

 

i like it....

I am with you.. I dont know I think alot more people are liking the Platinum more. But I love the Black myself!

If you have not picked up a Flex driver yet you truly are missing out. More forgiving then generally anything I have. Sound, feel and performance are the best out. It's not as low spinning as they claim (its no SLDR) but its plenty good with the right shaft.

Usually 7-10 business days if what you ordered is in stock. Plus it comes directly from Nike. So they ship 2-day . Took a week custom order to build and ship
