Being a proud representative of geezer golf (66) I can no longer compress the tour balls the way I use to, but I still appreciate short game spin into and around the greens. This ball seems to target that demographic and I would be pleased to have the opportunity to try this ball out and report on my findings.

I have a little trouble controlling my spin on my wedges and sometimes run my shots back off the front of the green. I'd love to try the compare the new Qstars to the Zstars to see if it works better for my swing.

I currently play the Bridgestone B330 Tour with my modern clubs and the Chrome Soft with my vintage.

Would be interested in testing this ball with both sets.

 

Feel is my number one factor around greens both pitching, chipping and putting.

Can I control spin and distance on different types of shots around the greens.

Then comes spin on full Irons.

Lastly comes distance and control off of Driver.

 

Play twice a week, review would be forth coming and questions answered.

Currently using Chrome Soft, but trying Q-Star and B330RX. Prefer the Q-Star over the B330RX but like the feel of the Chrome Soft for short game. Curious how the new Q-Star feels around the green.

Havent been diagnosed yet but need a softer ball now due to pain in middle and ring fingers in my left hand. Srixons Q-Star Tour is one I've been waiting for as I loved the Z Star SL.
