At some point you would think these drives 15 yards left and right will eventually bite him in the a**, though when he's playing well the guy seems to be the luckiest golfer the world has ever seen. Nothing but good breaks.

 

That's the best way to win two majors in one year. Luck. It happens quite often.

I was watching the webcast and I was pretty sure Rahm took a 6 on 17 with the 2 stroke penalty, not a 7. And it looks like they won't be penalizing him after all, so it'll be a birdie.

 

Apparently it was a plant that he uprooted or something. Determined it wasn't on his swing path and did not improve his lie so no penalty.
