As I have said since TW returned, this time will be 1) his last comeback chance 2) he needs to start slow 3) he needs to build up to a nearly full touring schedule like most pros, even those in their 40s.

 

He has done 1 and 2. If he can accomplish #3, we will see great things from him. This week is really about building on #3. Augusta is around the corner!

I thought it was closer as well! I just saw the distance and wanted to mention it so people would know it wasn't really a bad putt leaving it 3 feet away. Thanks for the play by play, it's nice when I'm away from the computer and want to catch up!

Tiger had a shot from 150 on the par 5 third hole after laying up from the bunker. Tried to flight it down in the strong wind and did, but the wind didn't push it as much as he expected, ended up left of the green (microphone picked up a GD, vintage Tiger)

In theory, playing the back 9 first today should set Tiger up for a decent score. Hopefully he can turn it on.

Uh oh. Tiger blew the bogey putt past the hole. 5.5 footer for double goes in...up to +1

Tiger leaves the chip short, missed the 3.5 foot bogey putt, but makes the 5.5 foot putt coming back. Loses 2 strokes there.
