Did you receive email updates for build and shipping? I ordered 3 days after you and haven't gotten any word....#frustrated

 

I also needed to find out dates so I can make arrangements.....I was told signature required.....wife works and I'm on 24hr shifts....#frustrated

 

Just have FEDEX hold the package for you.

 

From what I can remember, my buddy's order took exactly 4 weeks.

 

 

That's what I'll do....just would like some timeframe dates....she told me 7-10 days and I got too excited about the prospects of having stix before an outing.....oh well...they'll get here when they get here!

You will receive a tracking # and it will tell you exactly what day they will be delivered. I had mine sent to a local FedEx office by my house because (you guessed it) I was out golfing the day they were to be delivered.

Make a FedEx account (free) and you can print a form to waive signature confirmation, print it, sign it, place it at your front door the day it’s scheduled to arrive and your fedex driver will leave your package for you. •only recommended if you trust your neighborhood. •

Create a fedex account and do a presighed document for that package. That’s what I did, no problem

I got my sticks on Tuesday and took them out that night. It took a bit to get used to the set up but I am hitting them well now. I was browsing through the forum and saw a few people asking if anybody compared them to any other clubs out there, so I will give my opinion.

 

I got the 0311P 4 thru GW and a 19 degree hybrid. I previously was playing 2008 AP2s which I really really loved.

 

Prior to purchasing these, I tried out a few sets. I hit the AP3s, AP2s, Mizuno 18s, and the Titleist MB and CB. I never hit a PXG club before I got them in the mail. First of all, they really do feel incredible. All the stuff you see or hear about how they feel seems to be true. That said, I thought the AP2s and the MP-18s felt great too. I went with the KBS C-Taper 125s hoping to bring my ball flight down from the moon and it seemed like it worked at first but now that I am getting used to them, it seems the flight is back up. Aesthetically, I think the PXG look a little bigger than the other clubs and I think the sole of the club is a little wider than what I was previously hitting.

 

Overall, I think its a good deal at the discounted price but I think I would have been just as satisfied with the AP2s or the MP18s at the same price range. Without the steep discount, I don't think I would have even considered the PXG. The difference between the 3 sets is so negligible I could never justify spending 3K on them. I am just being practical.

 

Also, like everybody else, I placed my order and got an email right away but never heard a peep from them until they shipped. From the order date to the day they showed up on my door step was 14 days....and I got the $60 shipping.

what is the club difference in the G, L etc, vs the 50* and 52* options?

 

i know the traditional wedges are the 0311, but are the 50 and 52 not?

The set wedges (G, S, L) are similar in size/thickness and characteristics to the set irons. I believe the G is 50*, S is 54* and L is 59*. The 0311 wedges (50, 52, 54, 56, 58, 60) are traditional type wedges. They have the degree and bounce on each head.

I ran this offer by a retired Marine...he said it's a nice gesture but he doesn't like clubs that look like they've been shot with a 12 gauge.
