When you say quality, do you mean just the upper is a different leather or just overall?

From what I read, isn’t the team bank colorways ones made for teams to match their team colours? Just because it’s a sewn swoosh and white sole, wouldn’t that mean it’s more “tour issue” or “PE” than a team bank?

The leather quality is definitely more different compared to the non TB version. Laces seem thinner and cheaper. There seems to less cushioning on the inside liner and around the heel cup. Also the fabric on the inside is completely different.

I just got in a pair of the Air Zoom Victory Pro, and this is a nice shoe, quite comfortable. They are a bit snug in the toe box, so may return to NDC and get the wide version fro TGW, although they will cost full price currently. I wonder if they would match NDC price.
