Anyone who owns a pair of the white AM1 with black swoosh - can you please post a picture of the heel? NDC shows the text on the heel as white, but I feel like it should be black. Thank you

Nope. I own no AM1. These definitely won’t be my first pair.

What part of the "heel" are you wanting to know about? The bottomof the sole is gum...the rest of the shoe is white.

@Rfern12 I have had to return shoes for issues previously and had no issue either. This time was different. Apparently their "policies" have changed. I literally returned a pair AM1g and received nothing in return. No voucher, no gift card, no comp order, and on top of that they wont even ship the defective pair back to me.

And @GoGoErky, not in my experience. But that's why i was asking on here, to see if I am being irrational. The item is clearly Nike, and it is clearly defective under the warranty period. IMO it should't matter where i bought the product, it's still a Nike product. Does that not make sense, or am I just being irrational?

I would've agreed for a long time, but earlier this season I found my Tour Premiere's were letting water in, so I contacted Nike, who said that even tho I didn't have proof of purchase I could send in as a manufacturer defect and they'd honor the warranty. After sending them in, I was given throwaway answers for over a month and a half, and finally they showed back up at my doorstep saying that they had been determined not to have a defect. Communication was horrible, and obviously didn't fix the problem, but in the past all I've had was good experiences so honestly I would say it's a toss up on how the customer service is currently

Wow. That's horrible. I'd be pissed. It does sound like a toss up. This spring I returned a pair of leaky Lunar VaporStorm a year+ after I purchase them. I sent them in and had a credit within 2 weeks.

I can’t believe Nike is going to discontinue the tour premiere after brooks adopting it as his signature shoe....IMO they’re going to keep it but you never know with Nike these days. Brooks used to wear the lc4 before the TP but I don’t see him going back to anything else.

True, for those of us who can't get fresh pairs weekly that's probably better, but I like the clean all white look forsure. Don't see the point in making a PE this 'boring' though. Might be a personal request from Brooks?
